Good products, POOR customer service. My first time at the store was to look at patio furniture. After wondering around for an hour and not seeing a single employee, I finally called from my cell phone to ask how I find someone to help me. They sent someone out and he was polite, I told him what I needed and he took it up to the front while I finished shopping. I paid for my items and they loaded the furniture into the back of my truck. When I got home, in Lincoln, an hour away, one of my chairs that I paid $100 for was not in my truck. I called the store, I was not apologized to, I was talked over and offered no solution, other than to drive back. I was told they could not refund me either because they HAVE to scan the receipt. I called back the next morning and talked to a manager to let them know we were driving up there again, 2 hours round trip, and again I was NOT apologized to! This store needs some serious focus on...

This place is huge! There are many things to find if you have the time to find them. My wife and I went here looking for some artwork to hang in our new place and it was overwhelming to say the least. There are aisles and aisles of paintings/artworks to choose from, which is a wonderful thing, but was also intimidating and it made it difficult to see everything. Unless you have an idea as to what you are needing, you will need to designate a lot of time to navigate their massive inventory. Because if their vast inventory and the size of the building, the aisles were a little on the haphazard side and it was a little more warehouse-y than I expected. Also if you are sensitive to fragrance, you may find a few aisles hard to shop in as the smell can be overpowering. Overall it was a decently clean facility, albeit...

July 3rd i purchased a complete wicker patio set and cushions. I was there 3 minutes and was offered help.The clerk @ 129th & W. Center names Aaron went from letting me pick the exact 4 chairs and Settee. After that he walked over and helped with cushions. He had to be one of the nicest sales people I've had dealings with. They were going to hold for me until today to pick up. I ended up gou g back a few hours later. While walking thru the parking lot I heard someone call out my name as they were pulling out of his parking place, off for the nite. He got out, went in store with me, walked over and pulled 2 carts to cashier. Thank you Aaron for going out of your way to make a favorite shopping place of mine...
