It is a nice big store, but there are a lot of things wrong. The staff (at the pokemon section) are very disgusting. One dude was chewing on his finger (like all the way up in his mouth) and when I came back in he was picking his nose (let me remind you that these are adults). When I asked for some cards, the dude was snarky and finally grabs my stuff. He didn't let me look it over and just took it straight to the register. When I got to my vehicle, I saw that they were super damaged and I didn't want damaged cards in my collection. So I came back in and returned them (btw they didnt say LP or anything on the sleeve so I couldn't know the condition). They were once again they were disrespectful and unprofessional. These people need new management and just a whole rework. They upcharge things very high. $150 for a modern pokemon booster box?!?!? No way. I would much rather go online and buy it there. They also only give you 50% asking price (instead of the card costing $100, they would offer $50) Overall, I do not recommend coming here at all. I really dont understand how people can be this rude when interacting with people. Change your prices and your management. 0/5 do...
Read moreGreat organization and variety. This store is particularly good at compartmentalization of different nerdy categories. Everyone is professional with what they say; however, you can tell they get irritated when you ask for some rare, specific, or otherwise time-consuming nostalgia piece that interrupts (what I assume) is there already busy tasks. The “big dogs” or bosses that make decisions are rarely there as they are always out at comic book conventions. This is OK, but creates a problem for local or semi-local folks who have a 9-5, M-F job and decide to travel to a comic book store on a Saturday two hours away…to try and buy or sell rare comics as the store suggest they can accommodate. If I was inconvenienced once, no big deal, but I have visited the store on countless weekends with big inventory gone or a large comic to present with no decision-makers around. Why not just be a warehouse selling online at that point? Great stuff, cool place, stuffy vibes,...
