This is usually my go to Arbys when im not at work. I'm extremely shocked at my experience. at 11:30pm on 10-21-16. While i was there in the drive through there was a fight going on inside the store. The drive thru window was closed and i could still hear F* you this and F* you that. A short while later see a plain clothed civilian in no uniform roam around filling up drinks for himself and walking back where the food is made. He kept trotting around the place like we was hot stuff and we was just some young punk. This really concerns me as he was by where my food was being made. People already have low trust in fast food places why make it worse. I don't know what he could be doing to the food im going to ingest or what his hygiene practices are. One thing for certain is that it wasn't an employee. Most likely a employees friend. There ended up being 2 people in plain cloths that wasn't from Arbys as i seen them leave. This is extremely unprofessional and maybe if people weren't stealing from Arbys my prices could be lower. I was extremely nervous due to the hostility of what was going on inside. i would have left if i didn't already pay for my food. The young kid that gave me my food didn't seem to have anything to do with it. He was clearly an employee doing his job. He may not have been super friendly but i didn't see anything unprofessional from him. I let him know i could hear what was going on inside and smirked and realized i was serious straightened up. He never said anything to me i just let him know i could hear what was going on. I would have most likely have let this go if it wasn't for when i got home and realized my poorly made sandwich. It was missing ingredients it was literally a piece of chicken with half a strip of bacon in a glob of honey mustard. This should be addressed as i will no longer return to this location. This was the location on 120th and center. Every other Arbys I've been too especially the one on 108th and L Street are excellent. I will be following up with a manager to make sure this is addressed. If you want to act like that. Find a job where i don't have to hear your...
Read moreTerrible service. During a previous visit thru drive-in, they gave us the wrong order. We didn't catch it right away, as we were on our way to an appointment. My wife later called the restaurant. The on duty supervisor supposedly gave her real name and said to let them know and they would comp two sandwiches. They took my wife's name.
On the day we decided to eat there again, the on duty supervisor told my wife they don't keep names and would have offered coupons. When my wife said no one did that, instead of apologizing and offering then, the supervisor copped an attitude and accused my wife of lying and said we'd have to have for our meals that day. She did.
When my wife told me, I went to the supervisor and told her to cancel our order and immediately refund the money. I explained the story again and she copped an attitude with me. I told her what a crummy supervisor she was and that she did a bad job. She then let her employees bad mouth us and talk back to us.
I filed a complaint with the national site, as I do not feel the franchisee probably care about customer service and making things right based on...
Read moreI just walked out of this location after standing there for several minutes and being ignored. The young lady saw me walk in and began to do something with the fries. After checking them 2 or 3 times, she walked to the front and talked with a cook from the front window. Turned around and walked off. I stopped her by asking if she was going to acknowledge me and tell me how much longer I’d have to wait and was met with the response- “oh I didn’t see you.” The other customer and I looked at each other then her in disbelief. I haven’t eaten a thing all day and was looking forward to eating Arby’s. After a few seconds I simply said never mind and walked out. It’s hard to determine if this is was intentional or just very bad customer service. Arby’s is generally...
