Arby's — Restaurant in Omaha

Good staff, clean place and good quality food. A little pricy for what it is but I'm a regular if that says anything. (Update, service was Terrible, very rude kid, literally dropped food through my window in a ripped bag and slammed window before I could ask for ketchup. Wrong items, missing half the order, told one price at speaker, another at window, somehow heard 2 jamocha shakes as 2 diet cokes, not sure how they could be confused, place was empty and quiet. Went in to correct order, met with rudeness again. Got food home and looked like 1 sandwich was punched or stepped on, both were barely held together and one was missing meat. Wth?!?! Dropping to one star and never returning) seriously, what's going on in this store?!?!?! (Update #2. Was sick all night, thought the warm ingredients were caused but weather but likely...

The employees were very nice. I asked for a doordash.... The employee started to say I will check on that when she was rudely interrupted by the manager saying to me "I'm working on it". ..... I was waiting for the order and my daughter called me. As I was telling my daughter I would call her right back, the manager slammed the order on the counter and said "well here is your order, it's ready whenever you are" ... As she was saying this in a ridiculously rude tone of voice, she was literally waving her hands and "shewing" me out of the store. It was the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life. Never have gotten treated so horribly by a manager at a fast food place. Would literally be no stars if it wasn't for the...

Unbelievably rude. Ordered a mint shake for my daughter, it was not only on the menu, it was on their promotional board at the drive-thru. A girl responded over the speaker "we don't carry those anymore".

I asked about it still being on the menu, and she responded with the exact same statement but very snide and condescending. I said " there's no reason to be rude" and a young man's voice comes over the speaker " if you're harassing our staff you can leave the restaurant".

I gave them a few Choice words and went to the Arby's on Center Street and ordered a mint shake there. There's a proper way to treat customers and obviously this particular Arby's in Elkhorn have no idea what they're doing. Avoid them...
