I sat in the drive thru for twenty minutes with zero response. Yes, it was late at night but why advertise and keep your screens on that you are open 24/7 in the drive thru?? I saw orders on their screens, I saw people with headsets on, and I sat there for twenty minutes with no reply. Three other cars ended up piling up behind me and continued to wait. When I pulled around I saw one of the workers sitting outside just smoking and when they saw me pass immediately looked like they had gotten caught and went inside. I decided I still wanted Burger King after this and ordered through doordash. My dasher was stuck there because they weren’t answering but when I finally did get my food i was extremely disappointed. One of the Hersey’s pies I had gotten had a little label on it that said that it was pulled out of the Freezer and has been inside a fridge getting back for a week and a half. Then I proceeded to look at the drink to find that I didn’t even receive a Large Strawberry Nerd drink, I got a Medium Blue Razz Nerd drink that wasn’t portioned correctly so it wasn’t even filled to the brim. I know the ins and outs of fast food and everywhere I’ve worked we have always been LECTURED to fill to the brim. I don’t leave bad reviews until I am genuinely disappointed...
Read moreI'm wondering if there is a point to leaving a,message because I don't believe the owners even care about their own business or they would have done something to correct the female managers attitude who CLEARLY does not want to be there or doesn't like people in general which in any case, she should not be in customer service. She should not be in direct contact with customer service at all. I'm one that will give people the benefit if the doubt. I was in the middle of saying have a nice day with her looking right at me and she closed the window ...this is the third time I have had her and she has been this way everytime. I believe she would benefit from counseling. I'm a social worker so I can see she is struggling with somthing. Do you guys offer Employee Assistance Program to your employees . No one else st that restaurant is that mean. It's just nice to be nice! Thank you for your time.

Read moreTried to order a kids meal and asked to substitute the toy for an ice cream cone as is currently advertised on their menu, have done this numerous times since I noticed the new option. Only the one employee regularly tells me “the system won’t let me” other employees have made the substitution without problems. Beyond this the service was extremely slow; I waited in the drive through for 5 minutes, the two people in front of me had not even ordered yet, I parked and went inside hoping to get better service at the counter. I waited an additional 10 minutes to be told I couldn’t order what I wanted because the employee didn’t know how to do their job. While waiting inside I noticed that the establishment seemed fully staffed yet service was extremely slow. Kitchen employees seemed to be working very relaxed. My first job at age 13 was at bk and idk if a 13yo me can do the job I don’t think anyone else should have this...
