(Edit: 9/20/19): After nearly a year of steering clear of this location, I finally caved and tried it again. It was easily one of the best pizzas I've ever gotten. Within 2 weeks (today) I was back trying it again. Had an extremely pleasant experience both times. Nothing short of the excellence this place used to serve you with. Hopefully this continues going forward! Will probably be back a couple more times this year and will have no problem updating to 5-Stars if it stays anywhere near this level.
Former 2-Star Review: I love pizza. I eat it once a week. This means I have come to this location hundreds of times over the past few years. I don't expect food this cheap to come with very good service or be perfect every time I order it. Though, I had pretty much gotten both things every single time. However, over the course of 2018 specifically, my experiences with this location have left me very much wanting.
The food is now rarely ready to order and often times is overcooked. Like I said, I have a tolerance for this, just because I had a few bad consecutive experiences, that doesn't erase all the good ones I've had here. It appears that there has been a reduction in staff, so I get it, things happen.
However, over the course of this entire calendar year, I've had more poor experiences than good. The rare time I would be asked to wait in the past would hit the estimated timeframe that was given to me, whereas now I am asked to wait every time I go to this location. (All I order is a pepperoni and sometimes Crazy Bread.) "That'll be a couple minutes" has turned into 15-20 minute waits and now that they're giving longer wait times, I can only imagine how long people are actually waiting. This is made tougher to swallow by getting burnt crazy bread or tough pizza.
This very review comes off the back of being asked to wait 10-15 minutes minimum on a pepperoni pizza. Which as an isolated thing, is perfectly fine. Read morei attempted to place my order online that was a big order. when i saw that there was no pay instore option i called to place my order because i was paying with cash. when the phone was answered it was just answered with an abrupt hello. i had to ask if i was calling little caesers and i had to ask if it was the right location i wanted to place my order at. when we got to placing the order the gentleman was getting extremely frustrated with the order because of the size. when i arrived at the store they did not have my order of almost 50 dollars. which at that point i proceeded to replace my order at the counter and the whole time placing my order he kept telling me how much longer it would take with each item. after placing the order again technologically for the third time i was told that it would take 20 to 25 minutes approximately after sitting for around 30 minutes i had seen multiple customers decide not to deal with this gentleman at the counter and walk out and multiple door dash divers cancel on there customers because of how this gentleman talked to them. after waiting nearly 50 minutes my order was ready. when i received my order i had to ask for a few items that were on my order because it was not complete. when i was handed the item that were left out of my order they were tosed in to my bag when a grunt and said rudely here you go. im sorry but that was one of the worst examples of customer service i...
Read moreI don’t even need to taste the food to recognize I won’t be back at any little Caesar’s for a long time. I ordered my food through the app which was actually convenient, they give me a window of 5 minutes to show up, I arrive at the later time knowing that it will take a little bit. I am the only customer in the store for the first 5 minutes after being told it is coming out right now. I then proceed to wait 15 more minutes while 4 other customers come in ordering and leaving with the same exact food that I ordered. Luckily after all of that time I hear them say to start working on my order. All I needed was two crazy puffs and apparently ordering 15 minutes ahead of time then waiting 15 minutes after the supposed pickup time isn’t enough.
I wouldn’t mind the wait itself if the time that the app told me was even close to accurate and if they weren’t actively handing my food away to customers that arrived after me and didn’t have an online order. I can be flexible but this was unlike anything I’ve ever experienced before.
