Terrible Experience!!! I mean Terrible!!! I went here, and bought a cheapest car wash to just blow the dust off my car. The car wash is set way to high of pressure or something. i came out of there and drove off the next morning I was told that I had no tail lights or brake lights so I was like what, and i looked. The car wash not only blew out my lights and broke the both bulbs inside the light casings, but I didn't have any lights and didn't know. This car wash also blew holes into my muffler so now I have to get a new muffler. How do I prove it well I don't I guess, I just as a college student and two job worker. I have to hope that I can afford to pay for it to be fixed. I have started getting my lights back together first. I called the store and told them they didn't care at all they just said well call corporate. I figured with the attitude I got from that person. What would corporate do, besides tell me to prove it!? I have had my car for a year, I know my car very well, and it went in the car wash with lights and came out to have none. I wouldn't risk this car wash, and well the employees aren't the nicest either. So pump your gas outside at the pump and go...it is your best bet!!! Thank you for...
Read moreOn this visit, there was only one cashier, with a long line. Which is not unusual during the morning hours when people are on their way to work.
I had planned on using my Casey's cash on this visit for my purchase. However, the rewards system was not working, as well as other aspects of the POS system apparently. There was a hand scribbled note on the credit card terminal stating that the rewards system was down. Another guest in front of me in the line could not be served because the POS was also not taking pre-payments for gas.
If there is a system issue, a sign needed to be placed at the point of entry on the door, so customers will not be inconvenienced, #1, then have to wait in the line only to not get what you came in for #2.
I paid for my purchase, instead of using my Casey's Cash. I asked the cashier if my points could be credited back at a later time. She asked the manager. who said in a snarky tone "no". I then asked if the corporate level could do it, and received the same pleasant experience.
This location frequently has non functioning pumps and those that work are out of receipt paper, causing a needless trip inside to wait in line with only...
Read moreNo toilet paper, no paper towels, no respect for customer. Talked about how it's not their job to make sure they have paper towel because the have blow dryers. They don't check every ten minutes to see if toilet paper is out. Every stall was out of TP! That takes some neglect. They talked about how BP never had paper towel holders. So I got upset naturally and used some poor choice words, asked for names because this was not okay, they wouldn't tell me names and told me to look up the corporate number. They called the cop saying I assaulted them and cops came watched video nothing of an assault happened. They banned and bard me just because they could. They even called my workplace and made threats to ban the company. Very sad store management. A simple sorry would have been nice. Seems like this store could use some professional help. Looking through reviews it's the same response but nothing is changing. Might I add the bathrooms were not clean at all and smelled bad. This altercation was with the manager Nathan directly and with with another male employee who did not have...
