DO NOT ORDER pizza from this Casey’s!!! my family ordered $82 worth of pizza and it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. When we went to pick it up there was nobody in Casey’s to make pizza at all. There were other customers in there also waiting for their pizza. When we asked, we were told that there is nobody there to make pizza but the manager Tiffany had told them they could not turn off the online ordering for pizza Due to their productivity ratings. They wanted to make it look like they were still doing their job. So instead of doing the right thing and turning off the online ordering, they left it on and took peoples money for a service and product that they knew they were not going to provide. Isn’t that called FRAUD!? we then had 12 very hungry people waiting for dinner and had to find another option. We were told to come back in the morning if we wanted a refund when Tiffany would be there. Well Tiffany was not there and we are from out of town. We have yet to find out if we will get a refund but some thing absolutely needs to be done about this manager and what she is doing. The staff that is there blames it on her, but does nothing to make it right either. I am beyond furious as we then had to go somewhere else to pay another $100 for pizza. That’s almost $200 we spent just to feed our family one meal. Not ok. My father is diabetic as well and we had already waited 30 minutes for this pizza and then had to wait another 30 for another pizza. If you were going to leave your online ordering on, at least notify your customers that the pizza is not actually going to be there when they get there. My family deserved an immediate refund and an apology but neither were given....

Love the guy that loudly states "Welcome to Bucky's"when everyone walks in. I'm not sure his name.
The girl working the 5 minute pizza had the worst customer service skills. We stood there for several minutes no welcome or how can I help you.. Just carried on labeling her bags of whatever she was doing. After several minutes that felt like an eternity looking around twiddling thumbs..... I said "can we order some pizzas?" She just said "yep" barely looking at us and went back to labeling.
So we stood there for another eternity... Went up to the counter to a very kind woman asked if we're supposed to order here, she said "no I don't think so it's my first day though."
I told her "the girl over there is just ignoring us we asked to order and she went back to labeling her stuff" she walked over with us and loudly said "these people would like to order pizza" the pizza girl got scatterbrained mumbled under her breath something about she was doing something and then was going to help us. She needs some training.
I can't fault the awesomeness of the rest of the store or it's employees, but this pizza...
Read moreDon’t even get me started about the rudeness of these employees here even the “managers” are completely unprofessional and not people that should be a manager. I even had to call corporate last month on the unbelievable recent situation that happened there!! I have yet to receive my promised car washes via mail from corporate that I already paid for but were not working AND THEN they said they were also mailing me a gift card for gas for all of the wasted driving and time spent on a situation that was completely over escalated by Casey’s staff and handled very poorly. All fault of Casey’s and their poor staff! So I’m out my car washes and more. Shame on you Casey’s. I thought nothing could get worse than Bucky’s, boy was I wrong!!
UPDATE: I even went online to contact Casey’s per the response to my review and go figure no response after another 2 weeks! And, NO, I’m not going to go through the headache in calling corporate again for the 3rd time. I can’t believe Casey’s is such a big corporation and is ran this...
