My driver arrived at 01:00am and was told to go to the truckstop and wait for a call to be unloaded. He received a text at 4:00 a.m. telling him to come back and report to door 40. He went to door 40 at 3:00 and has still been indoor 40 it is now 11:00 p.m. and he has not been touched.if called every phone number listed for this company including the number that they provide for their unloaders they are the rudest people you ever spoke to in your life. They don't answer any of their phone numbers.in 3 hours my driver will have been at this facility for 24 hours and we have not been able to contact anybody or get him unloaded this is a nightmare.I have been in this business for over 20 years and I have never heard of anything like this. Please drivers do yourself a favor...
