First time going to Culver's with my family and I will say there is not competition. The price is similar to McDonald's but you are not getting frozen garbage. The Bacon Deluxe is excellent! Custard is awesome, different flavors of the day is great to have such a variety. Staff is super friendly and never had a bad interaction. Kids love that we can customize their burgers. There are two things that need to be fixed with Culver's, Cheese Sauce and Cheese Curds. Ordered cheese curds(I have been to WI many times and tried amazing cheese curds). They are not good at Culver's, nor is the cheese sauce, seems like it comes out of a dispenser because cheese sauce always has bubbles in it.

Wow! This is the first time we have ever been to this Culver’s location. The staff were exceptional- especially Mr Les. We left feeling totally loved and blessed. It was a blessing to go to Culver’s today. While I don’t live close to this location, I’ll be sure to return whenever I’m in the area!

Ridiculously overpriced food. I’ve been going to Culver’s for years and I have to say this past visit was my last. When I order a single “value basket” for myself along with a small concrete mixer, I was in complete awe when I heard it was over TWENTY DOLLARS. Almost to the point I considered just getting out of the long drive thru line and going somewhere else. I could have sat on my couch and had 2 large pizzas delivered to me for that amount. My fries were far from fresh, burger wasn’t hot by the time I got it, and my medium drink was filled to the brim with ice and probably had less than 8oz of soda in it. Luckily they stapled some dollar off coupons to my bag to make my purchase seem somewhat more...

I love Culver’s however the service in the kitchen is horrible! I always order without lettuce and I can’t eat lettuce at all and about half the time it’s got lettuce and they use shredded lettuce so I can’t get it all off I have a medical condition that I can’t have it. Fries are cold and most of the time at the bottom of the bag not in the fries bag. I ordered their northern cod sandwich and it so small you have to remove the bun to see it they only put maybe a tablespoon of tartar sauce it is VERY dry. So I paid $10 and some change for a cold dry cod sandwich with cold fries I have reached out before and management has never called me back. Time to take my...
