Target just blew me away today with how prepared they are in support of eradicating covid in our neighborhood.
I went on a whole bunch of errands today and went into at least six other businesses that had little signs up saying that if you are not vaccinated please wear a mask. Some stores even went so far to say you have to wear a mask when you enter this store.... but of course not many people actually abided by those signs... Doing their part.
I needed some extra masks so I went to swing by Target, and that's where I was very pleasantly surprised.
Not only did they have their signs in a place of high traffic visibility, but the signs were right below a little basket that contained individually bagged disposable masks right near the entrance! Targets got you covered.
I even saw a member of the management team stop a lady who was about to walk in without a mask. She claimed that she forgot hers and was there to buy more after clearly spotting the sign and going to walk around it, but the member of the management staff was incredibly polite and said "well ma'am, no worries we have extras right there for you." They did make sure that she put on a mask before wandering around the store, and that made someone like me who is high risk so much more comfortable.
Way to freaking go Target!! Thank you for enforcing wearing a mask, and for keeping people...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreLet me first and foremost say that I love shopping at Target and normally don't have anything bad to say about this specific store which I usually shop. The issue that is getting a 1 star is for the regrettable service at their Starbucks and the appalling lack of resolution when I brought to their attention. I went in and wanted to redeem a birthday reward as well as get a drink for my wife and son. The barista who was new rang it up incorrectly and when I asked her about it, she told me, "I'm new and don't know to fix it so I'm sorry, there's nothing I can do. But do you want something else in addition?" I get the same thing every time and know it costs about $13.46 but since one was supposed to be free, it should have been $7(and some change) but instead I got charged almost $15 and her attitude was "I screwed up - sucks to be you" and she made no attempt to even ask someone or rectify it. I was a little peeved and disappointed to say the least. I will probably be coming to this Target again but I would highly recommend steering clear of the Starbucks or getting it elsewhere...

Specifically, some gig workers have reported feeling disrespected by a manager named Chad. His behavior negatively reflects the image and creates a hostile environment.
Furthermore, a gig worker (described an older woman with dark short hair) whoās employed at this store at the self-checkout has also been reported by previous customers as exhibiting rude and disrespectful conduct. The apparent acceptance of this behavior by management is equally concerning.
To ensure a positive and productive environment for customers and gig workers, I urge immediate action to investigate these issues thoroughly. This need to be address the reported behavior and implement effective strategies to prevent similar incidents in the future. A commitment to respectful interactions is crucial for maintaining a successful and harmonious public environment. I look forward to seeing...
