I have used the drive through here several times and the service has been fast and the food good. Their drive up speaker is a little difficult to understand, especially with a lot of traffic noise or wind, but it usually isn't a problem...until yesterday. There were only three cars in the parking lot, two of which were parked in the back corner, so pretty sure they were employee vehicles. The people from the other car were just walking in the door. I pull up to the speaker and am greeted with the "Welcome. Would you like to try our...What can I get for you today?" I place my order for a bowl and am asked "What side would you like with that?" I tell them, then say one other item I want, then say that's all. Silence....Am I supposed to pull up? Nothing was said. The speaker isn't all that great but I'm pretty sure I understood what they said. I wait for a couple of minutes, then pull up to the window. I can see one customer getting some food and one employee walking back and forth but not really doing anything. The employee finally comes to the window and says, "What can I get for you?". I said that I had placed my order. Employee says that they had asked me to wait because they were busy (yeah, right, three customers busy). I said, "Then why did he ask what side I wanted?" "We didn't get your order. What can I get for you?" So I ordered and paid and got my food -double checked to be sure I got what I ordered. By the way, I had decided to try the "Sizzlin' Shrimp" which they have been promoting. Not good. Too spicy. I hope it wasn't because the employees messed with my food... I'm not sure if I'll go back there again. If I do, it won't be on...
Read moreHorrible CS. Rude employees and nothing is ever cooked. Go thru the drive thru and told (after I pay) I have to wait 10 minutes for my food…so I say fine. They also won’t give me a receipt. After 15 minutes I call inside and ask about my food and they said it will take 20 minutes (this is my lunch break and I went thru a drive thru). The girl on the food (who claims to be the manager her name is Gabby is incredibly rude). Now another car pulls next to me less than 5 minutes of that car sitting an employee walks out and asks if I had a plate (of the type of food I’m waiting on) and I say no I have a bowl. So she gives the people next to me who barley waited food two plates of the food I have been waiting on (over my short lunch break). So now I go inside and the girl mgr (Gabby) from the phone is holding my food at the cash register next to her. I ask for my receipt and a refund and she refuses either…I asked why I waited over 22 minutes and the other people got their food and she tried to make up lies and was so rude. No idea how someone with her attitude ever got a manager job. But we will never go back to this location. It’s ran horrible, nothing is ever made and the employees (especially the manager Gabby) are not helpful. Gabby she needs to change her rude attitude. Also my food was cold so she held it awhile and helped other people which is soo insane for someone to do. Late back to work which I assume was her goal which again is psycho for a fast food employee to do. Gabby needs some mental help and a job not working...
Read moreUPDATE 3/10/21- A friend of mine stopped there today before coming over to my house. Panda forgot to give them teriyaki sauce for their order of teriyaki chicken. But they also asked specifically for hot mustard sauce and wasn't given hot mustard sauce. Guess they haven't changed in 9 months.
They forget your teriyaki sauce every single time (when ordering teriyaki chicken). I've lived in the area for over 4 years and ordered from them a handful of times. As soon as they implemented the sauce packet of teriyaki we either never get the sauce or have to ask for the sauce. Like, I almost feel like they just want to screw people out of it to cut cost. Who knows, regardless it's just incompetent. Their food is really just meh and if you come at the wrong time of day you can expect to get old food that's been sitting. The staff is rude to customers to which I've seen first hand (multiple times). I don't know who trains this store but they should be fired. Either that or they need to manage the people who work there better and bring down the hammer. Or to be totally honest, close down. I was going to order from them today just because it was early on and I knew their food would at least be fresh. But, I've had so many bad experiences here that I just dreaded the thought of having to deal with the place. I normally don't feel the need to write reviews for places but here it is.
