Went through the drive through and it took 35 minutes. From the time we pulled in to the time we drove away. Ordered a summer berry blizzard, a medium chocolate malt with extra malt mix and whipped cream and a cherry on top, and a small fry. After paying they handed us the summer berry blizzard that was spilling out of the cup and over flowing with no lid and no napkins. We ask for a one and they give us a flat one. I ask them again for the proper domed top that all blizzards come with. They give me another lid that doesn't even fit my cup. My hands are sticky af at this point. Then they hand me my malt with some weird cherry syrup on top that tastes like cough medicine. I tell them that I dont like it and this isn't what I wanted and they offer to remake it. I refuse since the other blizzard is still spilling all over my lap. Then I get my frys and leave. As I'm pulling away I realize that my fries are ice cold and I pull over back into the parking lot. I go inside and explain and they make me new fries and a new malt. They make the malt a large but there is literally about a teaspoon of malt mix if that. It doesn't taste like chocolate at all. Read moreThere is this location in Omaha that I have been going to my whole life. It always has bad service.And it makes me wonder if any one is notified about these issues. The lobby is always dirty and has fly s in it. The tables in the lobby are always sticky due to left over ice cream. The pop machine is always out of ice and /or run out of soda. there is never utensils in the holder of there utensils. Walking in there are usually a bunch of kids playing or messing around which is the employees themselves.A lot of times when there isn't anyone in the drive-thru is takes a long time to receive my ice cream and or food I order. Last night my mother went and order an ice cream for my nephew and a banana split for herself. They took her order and she also took her money for the order.After recieving her change and my nephews ice cream the told her they were out of Bananas. No one apologized for the inconvinence. Nor did they offer to give her her money back for the Banana split she paid for. She asked for her money back. Read moreI love DQ but it would've been much faster to go to the one off 132nd; I'd give zero stars if it were possible. My coworker and I came to this location because it was closer to work for a lunch drive thru. We ended up spending close to 45 min in the drive thru, which is completely unacceptable. The guy taking our order said he'd be back in a moment because we needed a second, which is fine; but then once we said we were ready, we got absolutely no response for a solid five minutes. Extremely frustrating & we would've left had he not come back at the exact moment that we were debating if we should go somewhere else. Now I wish we would have (like a couple of the cars behind us). Waiting for our food took even longer and we sat at the window waiting for him to just take our money. They really need to get a better handle on their drive thru times; because, judging from other's reviews, this isn't a one time occurence.
