Absolutely worse experience of my life. I have never had to make a review on a place but I could not let my experience go unnoticed. Today I order $67 worth of food from here at 1:39pm the order was due to be ready in 23-33 mins. Almost An hour goes by I decided to just come anyways even though the tracker said āorderedā still. Got here at exactly 2:40pm and it was not ready the lady whoās name I did not get says āweāre 40 pizzas behindā and gives me a non chalant blank stare as if she didnāt care. I said okay it said 23-33 mins whats thatās mean she says āu can cancelā I said well, you said that as if thatās what u rather me do can u at least tell me where my order is within those ā40ā pizzas. She goes back to the cook and she comes back and says itāll be at least another 30mins. In complete shock Iām like well how does the refund process go will it go back on my card automatically or do I have to wait some days because $67 is a lot and I have 8 Children at home hungry. She agains gives me a non chalant blank stare and says itāll be 3-5 business days at this point Iām almost in tears because this is totally unacceptable. I finally just accepted I wouldnāt get my pizza no time soon and I needed to get home so I can feed my children. She didnāt know how to refund me so the guys comes to do it and hands me a āreceiptā that just says void order 347.. (Iāll post picture) Iām like whatās this? Will I get an email saying that my order was cancelled and the amount of my refund? Heās like I donāt know this is how the system is thereās nothing I can do about it Iām āhundredsā of pizzas behindā¦the boss will be here in an hour you can talk to him.
So here I am still here at 3:09 waiting on the boss because I have yet to receive a proper refund receipt or an email confirming my order was cancelled. I have never been treated so poorly by a company ever in my life. Not to mention Iām clearly being lied to. First it was 40 pizzas now itās hundreds. How can I trust that my money is even gonna be refunded if theyāre lying about something so small? I just need something saying that Iām being refunded and the amount Iām being refunds ⦠as you can see it doesnāt even have dominos pizza anywhere on the āreceiptā so unacceptable and I wouldnāt recommend anyone to ever order from there. Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could give this place Zero stars I would. I ordered pizza last night at 802pm. I ordered online. The manager could have called all numbers of customers that placed orders online for delivery, to let them know about having only one delivery driver, but they did not do that.
I waited for 1hr when my order had not shown up I called them to find out why. The manager gives me a curtesy of saying we are not taking anymore deliveries we only have done driver. I say ok in not placing an order I am calling about an order placed over and hour ago. I have the phone number and address. They tell me they had not even made the order. Then they tell me it will be 25 mins to make the order.
I get up there the location has a closed sign up and still no order made. I ask for a refund on the order and tell the manager that this is horrible customer service and that this is not a way to run a restaurant. I asked the manager how long they were going to wait before deciding to make my order. They said its wasn't going to take long. I told them just refund the money. This will be the least time I ever order from them.
They have messed up 2 other times in the past. This was the final chance. 3 strikes and they are out. The first time the sent the order to us cold and 3 hours late. The second time they delivered it to the wrong address. Now this time they were just going to take my money and not make any food. A $58 order with a $10 tip on it making it cost me $68 and they weren't going to make the food. They get no stars from me. When I walked in there were 2 employees that were just goofing around and not doing any work. The other employees were supposed Lt making food. One employee said they almost have done if my pizzas ready to put in the oven.
So take my advice do not order there no more. The management sucks and the crew memebers care just as much as management does which is...

⢠Employees cannot follow order instructions. ⢠Management doesnāt know how to do their job. ⢠6 consecutive times this Dominoās screwed up my order. And my order was done on the App. Simple and not complicated. ⢠The replacement food was wrong!! ⢠They couldnāt even deliver the correct soda. I ordered 4 Diet Cokeās . I received 4 bottles of Classic Coke!
Dominoās was my āGo Toā place. I love their pizza and food so theyāre always my first choice when I order pizza. And I always tip well. Iām not cheap in my orders either. I usually order enough so I have leftovers for the next day sometimes two. ⢠Iāve never had any problems until just recently (trouble started approximately April of 2021). I brought it to their attention. And they HAVE NOT been able to get it right in FIXING my order. ⢠Order at your own risk and good luck. I have ZERO faith in this location!!
Update: As of August 2021, this location BANNED ME FROM DELIVERY. The manager James is an Ass. He doesnāt know how to do his job. Not manager material. Apparently itās my fault that they cannot get the orders right. I was told that although the order options are on the app they always have 500 pizzas to cook and they canāt change it up for my order. Itās too hard for them. So I asked, āHow do you Not put mango habanero sauce on a mango habanero sandwich?ā Itās my fault that I ordered a sandwich and not one of the 500 pizzas!
