lol. horrible service. i asked if they had pumpkin, they said yes. i ordered an iced pumpkin macchiato with almond milk, was told the only milks they had were regular and coconut (so only one out of the 3 alternative milks, lol). fine, asked for coconut milk. they gave me my receipt which just said iced original macchiato with coconut milk. i tried my drink before leaving the parking lot and there was no flavoring whatsoever besides their espresso and coconut milk. went back through the drive thru to correct the issue and they started insisting they made my drink with coconut milk, not almond. i reminded them that was not the issue; there was no pumpkin flavoring in my drink. they insisted they āmade the drink and know for a fact it has pumpkin, i know it doesnāt say it on the receipt but it definitely has pumpkinā. it tasted nothing like pumpkin and had no sweetness; the pumpkin flavor swirl is pretty strong and almost overwhelmingly sweet. they clearly didnāt know what they were doing or were particularly concerned about decent service, so i just left. when i got home i went on the Dunkin app and it said that location was out of pumpkin. as a veteran barista (at real coffee shops, not Dunkin), i think itās bizarre they would go so far to lie and not simply be honest from the jump and ask if i wanted to choose a different flavor. coffee houses run out of pumpkin flavoring a lot since itās so popular, i understand that. so when i asked before i ordered, i donāt understand why they would waste their time (and mostly mine) lying. itās just mediocre coffee. itās not that serious. i only went there because they were the only place serving coffee with pumpkin near me. next year iāll just wait...

With that being said, the past 3-4 weeks the wait time is over 30 minutes for a simple iced coffee &/or donut/breakfast sandwich (even when you go inside and you are the only customer inside), it seems that only 1-2 employees are scheduled at the same time. The past 5 times I have gone here, my drink has not been made correctly and when you ask the girl at the counter to fix it and you let them know that your order has been wrong 5 times this week, you get an eye roll from the worker and an attempt at fixing the coffee but all you really get is an even more messed up coffee because they donāt know what ingredient they forgot. I would have filled out the survey on the receipt each time my order was incorrect however they stopped giving those. I spend around $5-$15 at Dunkinā each time I go - usually 4-5 times a week and itās honestly just frustrating that you have to set a low bar for satisfaction/customer service or you will be disappointed each time. I was astonished how dirty the place was the counter was filthy with coffee and drinks and stuff spilled all over it it was sticky and there was garbage all over the floor. When I went in to use the bathroom it was disgusting. It looked like it had never been cleaned or mopped since the day that they opened. My girlfriend informed me that there is no management no training and when she complained to the regional manager he had a major attitude. ( Brian ) I don't understand how you could possibly be so incompetent when running a business. Something tells me this place won't be open for very much longer.
