Hardee’s — Restaurant in Omaha

The food is always good early in the morning... they open at 6am on Sunday, I got there at 6:05 and minimal lighting was on inside. I went to the gas station next door and called; rude woman answered and when I asked if my meal was going to be compped due to her opening the store late; she literally laughed and encouraged me to call corporate, [I couldn't find a number to CALL so I wrote a letter to headquarters]. Needless to say, she didn't open the restaurant until 630 am.

Another time the drive through woman was on the phone the entire time, gave me 1 medium hash brown (when a large came in the meal and a small was for my daughter)- I drive around, she already FORGOT who came through - and at the window tried handing me a small saying if you add them with the medium it makes large. Had to remind her and show her a receipt and tell her I was keeping the medium because of not being able to hand stuff back when covid is still at-large. She reluctantly gave me a small and a large and didn't say one thing even insinuating accountability.

But still, love the food early in the am even if its only biscuits and gravy or a bacon egg cheese biscuit or a bacon egg cheese biscuit dunked in a side bowl of gravy. [Lol!]....only other one (which is 1000x better at customer service is on...

My kids were looking forward to their hardees thick burgers and chicken strips which I had 2 coupons ( out of my booklet when I bought a gift card ) for buy one get one free I know the coupons said valid through only certain dates but any other hardees that I go to always accepts my coupons even if they are expired and also I went a few days ago around noon and I was trying to purchase 12 cinnamon raisin biscuits which the lady decided to tell me breakfast is over I explained to her that I always get cinnamon raisin around noon not every day but very often and not that many but we were having an office party at work so I decided I should go get more cinnamon raisin biscuits and the lady continued to tell me I'm sorry ma'am but breakfast is over I can't serve breakfast after 10:30 I really love Hardees but it's just not the same anymore I'm disappointed that I can't use my coupons at that location anymore I will just have to go back to 120th where I know that will let me use my coupons it's a bit of a drive but my kids are hungry and I am NOT about to go to McDonalds...

Not the best customer service. Really slow. Not really experienced with handling lunch rush. I waited al.ozt 3o mins for 2 $5 boxes in side as people who ordered after me but the same thing received their food before me. I began to get frustrated. I took for a cook from the back to come up and say. Her order has been up on the screen for a very long time. Then instead of putting the items in a box the put them in bags. Okay I'm sure your thinking okay so what's the big deal bags, box what ever. Well there thing with the box is they measure the fry out with a fry container but you don't actually get the French fry container they dump it into the box. So imagine two orders of fries dumped into one bag mixed up. Yes mixed up. Along with the sandwiches and extremely stale cookie!!! So ridiculous. So my mother and I just shared the fries. Oh and to top it off no apology for the 30 min wait...
