Ordered dinner from this location. A Deep Dish Detroit Style Supreme pizza With extra sauce, square cut Pizza arrived at the wrong address, had to go get it. It was a Detroit Style deep dish with simply sauàge, no extra sauce. No veggies. When I called to try and work out a resolution, to no avail. Little Caesars wanted me to come pick up a re-make which is a 46 minute walk. I don't have a vehicle. When I asked if I reordered through a 3rd party, add some additional items in order to replace the pizza I received, they couldn't do that either. The only other option is to return the pizza tomorrow and then they will make another pizza for us. Which leaves us no dinner tonight without reordering the same pizza and paying a second time. These types of mistakes are so troublesome. We have saved the Whole pizza minus the first bite. I think my hopes of continuing with Little Caesars is becoming a reality. I'm not certain if this information will reach anyone who can make a difference when facing such matters.A dry pizza, missing all the ingredients expected, Very disappointed and very hungry..

Read moreYa know it’s pretty cool that there’s a drive thru at this location but I always find myself annoyed in some way here. We are very regular customers too as my oldest loves Little Caesars. Few examples of my annoyance:
I was just there to buy a gift card and they looked completely confused that I would request to purchase that!! I waited in a super long line for NOTHING!! What kind of business doesn’t have gift cards on hand?? I’ve tried ordering online a few times and it always glitches so I’ve called and there’s only a limited menu on phone or in person they say and I ca only order special items online?! Ummm ok how can I when online is glitching??? They don’t give plates anymore?? Seems the same lady is always at the register and is ALWAYS ON HER PHONE and moving SLOW!! She was there again today too. C’mon Little Caesars!! Cleanliness is not acceptable inside and out! Clearly the owner doesn’t care either as on the reviews here, you even see they’re only responding to the high star reviews! 🙄 They don’t care overall I guess so that’s why the employees are the way they are!

Read moreI ordered a pizza for pickup and when I showed up there was no pizza in the pizza portal. To humor me I still entered the pizza portal code to see what happened. The portal opened up, empty of course, but said thanks for picking up the 3 meat pizza. lol.
So I ask where my pizza is and the response was just bizarre. I was told some guy said he had been waiting for 30 minutes and then said that my pizza was his pizza. So they gave a guy a pizza under a girls name, didn’t have him verify the name on the order, and when I asked how he got it from the portal without my code they gave a vague “it opened” which is complete bs bc that’s not how the portals work…. I said obviously, they were the ones to hand the pizza to him bc that’s not how it works…. and at this point I’m just insulted that I would be lied to???
So they go back and grab me another pizza but who knows how long that had been sitting out because it wasn’t in the portal to keep it warm… And it wasn’t hot and fresh it was lukewarm like it been sitting out for a while.
Just dissatisfied I paid for a pizza just to get subpar service and...
