Always good food and fast service but wanted to share an experience we had today at lunch. It was very busy and employees working very efficiently but a delivery guy comes in ( maybe the boss, maybe just a big mouth) he started berating the team, loud and obnoxious. If he IS the boss, shame on you! He was acting put out to have these big orders and made a spectacle of himself. If he's a delivery guy, the boss needs to get rid of him. This place does not respect mask exemptions. As soon as I walked in, they told me to mask up. I politely said that I am exempted due to my condition. They would not even listen and kept demanding masking up.

This is plain rude and unacceptable behavior for our great city of Omaha.

Sandwich was absolutely trash. Rock hard bread and soggy on the inside. Also oddly hot in some places and cold in others. The manger didn’t care at all and was indifferent to my situation.
