KFC — Restaurant in Omaha

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!! I don't know why we've given this place so many chances! I know its on me at this point but sometimes you just want some grilled chicken and mashed potatoes. Its the closest one to our home and we have only had 2 experiences where they weren't a complete disappointment. We have went there and they've said "We are out of chicken."?! Thats like going to McDonald's or BK and they dont have hamburgers! You're expected to have chicken! Every time they are out of at least one thing we ask for which is insane because I never see any one there in the drive thru or inside at anytime of day! Tonight we went there and sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes and realized we hadn't moved an inch. So we left to go to Popeyes and I called and said did you know someone has been sitting in your drive thru for 10 minutes waiting? The guy paused and said I'm sorry what would you like? I told him we left to go to Popeyes and watched at least 5 people drive off which is probably close to $100 worth of business and that someone is still sitting at the box waiting to order. All he said was sorry have a good night. This place is such a sad excuse of a business, I've asked for discounts due to them not having what we wanted they deny it without any hesitation or question. I've asked to speak to managers and they will tell me they are not that stores manager only filling in. Below is my original review from 2 years ago. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME!!!!!! Where to start... I'm giving them 2 stars solely based on the entertainment.

I went there with my friends (four of us) and order food with one person in front of us and another in the drive through. It took them about 25 minutes to make our two double crunch sandwiches. 3 chicken littles, 3 fries and a large mash. 25 minutes...and they still messed up my order and had my friend tell them his again.

We cannot forget about the drinks. I was getting some fresh brewed tea, from the bottom of the container (I had to tip the container). The manager acknowledged the fact that it was nearly empty. In 25 minutes, they never once bothered to refill the container as more customers entered the establishment.

All the while, these people making our food complained about the small orders and took personal calls while orders needed to be run.

In case you want some free lewdish entertainment, all you have to do is listen to the manager tell their employees about how they broke up with somebody because "They were fing other b*es."

The overall appearance of the store was decent but the counters were somehow still sticky to the touch.

The hilariousness of it all is the only reason it has a 2...

We ordered for our kids and their friends, who were having a sleepover, about 2 hours ahead. When we showed up at the scheduled time to pick up our order, they started preparing the order (not sure why it allows you to order ahead then? They did this with others who came in to "pick up" orders also) and they were out of everything. They offered to substitute items, so I was given an order of fries in lieu of 8 biscuits and a mix of whatever chicken they had available at the moment ("We could cook some new for you, but it'll take about 20 minutes."). After throwing this hodgepodge of 50% things I had ordered and whatever else they could substitute that was laying around, they heat-sealed a carryout bag (preventing me from checking the order) and I brought it home to find that about 25% of my order was missing.

This was the strangest experience I've ever had at a fast food place. My expectations weren't high, but I also wasn't expecting a place that serves basically one thing to be out of most varieties of that one thing. Go here if you're in the mood for a fry cook to give you whatever is nearby, regardless of...
