Manager on 7/28/24 @ 4:20 pm is very rude to customers. I ordered on the app for drive thru pickup. Upon arriving to the restaurant I decided to come inside and use the restroom. The manager noticed me at the counter but ignored me for a few minutes while she talked and put out a cash drawer. She finally looked up at me and asked me if I was waiting for door dash. I replied “no, I’m waiting on order number____”. She said to me “if you order for drive thru then you need to pick it up in drive thru. I don’t have your order”. I told her that didn’t make a lot of sense and I would simply like to pick it up inside now since I needed to use the bathroom. She then went to the drive thru employee and said “go bag up that guys order, he didn’t order his food right and now he’s inside.” Then of course she went to the back of the restaurant and wasn’t seen again. I get that there are a lot of Karens and abusive people out there right now, but there is no need to have an attitude for every customer. No one is forcing you to be a manager at McDonalds. I hope she was just having a hard day and isn’t like that to everyone bc that is just a sad display of not only customer service but just being a decent...

Had a mobile pickup order. Waiting 25 minutes before going in to figure out what was going on. There were a dozen customers waiting because they too had missing or wrong orders. Waited another 10 minutes before I noticed an employee taking out my mobile order on a "dine in" tray. I stopped the employee and asked for my food. I was missing half of my order.
I then walked back to the counter as he said "he was getting the rest of my order". My food was cold, fries not full, no condiments I ordered for my nuggets, and my order bags were wrinkled apart. My soft drinks were watered down, and no straws.
The employees didn't greet anyone, ignored us, no sense of urgency, no direction, no managerial direction, like zombies, no proper food safe Headwear. There was trash all over the floor in the back. After another 10 mins a girl walked up and gave me a bag with my missing items, which were sitting on the counter for the 10 mins. I don't normally expect a refund, but i def would like my 32.00 back...
Read moreYesterday wasn't a good service point for this location. At first, the guy over the mic couldn't hear me because he had his coworkers laughing and talking loudly around him. I had to repeat several times, and then he couldn't show the order on the screen and told me to just come to the window. Went to the window, and then he repeated my order super fast that I had to ask him to slow down. Then the girl at the pick-up window was like, "What you got?" In a tone that was not pleasant. She then proceeded to shove my order practically through my car window. My food was mangled in the greasy bag. The happy meals were still open, and my coke had no ice. I was taken back since I'm usually pleased with the service here. The cheeseburgers were stuck to the wrapping and still had the items I asked to not have on it (mustard and pickles) in them.
