Pickleman's Gourmet Cafe — Restaurant in Omaha

I love Picklemans! But this location is horrible. It is the closest to our house, so we regularly go through the drive thru. They have managed to repeatedly screw up our order...so frequently it has become a joke to see how they screw it up the next time. Today, we paid for Avacado, and it wasn't included. Two days ago, they forgot our soup. Regularly we order a salad with chicken, but they forget the chicken.

Twice now, ny wife will drive miles out of the way, just so she can order Picklemans and get the order right.

Oh...and I would complain directly, but their receipt says "Phone:" but there is no...

I normally love Pickleman’s, but this one is not it. I ordered the #15 Buffalo Chicken with extra chicken and extra blue cheese. When I opened it was drenched in Buffalo sauce, and the sandwich was cold. The chicken was cold, everything was cold, it had not been toasted at all.

I’ve had this sandwich numerous times at the Midtown location and it’s been fantastic, so I’m really frustrated that what I received today from this location was so far off the mark. The lemonade here was also not good, very watered down and flavorless. I won’t be returning to this location,...

I came in this afternoon to eat with my daughter's and when I got to the register I realized I had left my credit card at Walmart the manager was so sweet and understanding letting us still dine in, I offered to pay for our meal I told him I would come back and pay after I ran back over to Walmart but he insisted it was ok. I want to give a huge shout out to this location they were really busy too and busting their butts. Thank you for being the kindness I want my kids to see...
