I’m not one to dole out a 4-star review for a fast food joint, but this place deserves it...
Full Disclosure: My wife and I ate last at a Raising Cane’s three-years ago in New Orleans, on our way to our youngest son’s graduation from Air Force basic in Lackland, TX. We fell in love with Raising Cane’s at first bite and never had it again, until now. It was as good if not better than we recall.
This time around we had the same son in tow as we are visiting with him after his deployment return from Kuwait. My wife and him both had their chicken finger dinner while I had the chicken sandwich. What sets aside this fried chicken from others is the sheer juiciness of the chicken and their special dIpping sauce, truly, truly special.
Service is friendly and super efficient at this place, and the place was super clean (a big plus in my book for fast food joints.)

Read moreI was apart of an organization called MCU, and I can’t even begin with or describe how amazing my experience was in this specific Raising Canes place. There was about 40-50 people. (maybe less) I was worried that we would get them stressed out or be too much for them. But no, they were quick and provided great service, and did it with no problem. I order online and the moment I stepped in the restaurant, it was already done. I mean, round of applause for them!
There was a specific person who I think was the manager, was very kind, so comfortable, and just an amazing personality and attitude. Usually fast foods don’t care too much about their customers. But he went as far as giving us free lanyards, and chapsticks and providing us a place where we can be comfortable. Love him and that place to death. 100000000000% RECOMMEND...

Not only did she lack basic knowledge about the Raising Cane advertisement, but her customer service skills were also subpar, leaving much to be desired. Her lack of knowledge about the ad showed a lack of preparation and attention to her job, which is unacceptable in any customer service role. Furthermore, her terrible customer service skills only added insult to injury. Instead of trying to resolve the issue at hand, she seemed dismissive and uninterested in providing satisfactory assistance to the customer. It is clear that Michaela needs to improve both her knowledge and customer service skills if she wants to excel in her role and provide a positive experience for customers.
