This location is a joke. They are out of whatever I want probably 4 out of every 5 times I try to go here. Most recently at like 6pm I ordered an Oreo blender and they told me their blenders were off for the day. What that means I have no idea but I can assume they just didnāt want to make it. Also the last 4 times I tried to order food I was told the ovens are broken. This has been over the timespan of a month or more and they are still apparently broken. Also thereās a couple people that if they are working you can plan on waiting 10-15 min for them to finish chit chatting before they ever even acknowledge youāre there. Thus has happened a handful of times. One specifically I was the only car in the drive thru and sat there 25 min and watched them talk and finally just gave up and drove away. Itās unfortunate because I love scooters and am right by this location every day but it limits my trips to scooters because I have to go to 180th location if I go because Iāve given up on this location. So I called and asked if they would text me a copy so I didnāt have to drive back. They said they could not do that. In 26 years, I have never heard of this. Then they said they would have it for me to pick up if I stopped back by. I stopped back last Sunday and they didnāt have it. They gave me the owners cell number which I have text and called several times to try and get a copy of my receipt for my company. You would think I was asking for the moon! No response. No text back. Nothing. Horrible customer service. Huge mistake on their part because my team and I spend about $1,000 a week at coffee shops and I will not be back. I love Scooters but you should avoid this one!

I order the same drink, every time, at every single location, and at best it's a 50/50 if it's made right. This store had the best track record of any, but I don't know if management changed or what. So disappointing. To make matters worse, I am ALLERGIC to whatever syrup/flavoring they use when they make it wrong, so after 1 sip I end up with an itchy tongue and lips, and a $7+ drink I can't drink.
