Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

so I went and it was almost closing time yes and it would have been fine if they just didn't help anybody but the person right in front of me they helped they took their order just fine but then when I got to the menu they didn't even say hey we're closed they completely ignored me they didn't say anything they just let me sit there for a few minutes and didn't say a word and then shut off their lights I think it's very disrespectful and if they weren't going to help somebody when it's so closing close to close then they shouldn't help the person in front of me either and they shouldn't say they close at 9:00 when they close at 8: 55 awful customer service and even though this is right next to my house this is why I hate coming to this one the people here are rude they take forever with their drinks I've never had one pleasant encounter at this scooters I would recommend for no one to...

I love this scooters! I am an avid coffee drinker and have visited many many scooters locations. For a long time, I didn’t ever go to very many scooters because without a doubt they take FOREVER to make a simple drink. Idk if it’s because they’re understaffed or if it’s just the employees taking their time, but THIS scooters always does an excellent job of making drinks quickly and accurately! On top of that, and in my experience, this Scooters gives the friendliest customer service and is the most efficient and reliable overall.
