Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

So I usually get the same thing just the size is different.. yesterday I go to scooters and order my hot coffee I get to the window my total is 6.45 I thought that was a little high then usual but I am aware of everyone increasing price so I don't mind. I did order a small hot pumpkin carmelious. Well they hand me a blended so I ask them to correct it. The girl got an attitude real quick. Well this morning I again go to the same scooters as it is the one in the parkinglot of where I am. Today I order a medium hot pumpkin carmelious with an extra shot. Well my total was 6.17 she kept some of my change and only gave me back 13.25 which is upsetting because I leave tips in their jar. So not only is the price thing of concern to me but keeping small amounts of change which im guessing she is doing to everyone just to gain a bigger tip. Its really sad. And now I will be giving a new location...

I've come by this location several times in the past couple of weeks. Each time has been decent until this last time. I purchased a carmelicious blender from them, and they totally skimped on the whipped Cream. I mean, less than a tsp. I understand that its a luxury, however when you pay for something you should get it.

They lied and said this was a new rule. Like I said, visiting several times in the past couple of weeks, this seemed bogus.

I asked for them to give me what they originally were supposed to, (nothing over what they had done in the past for every customer including myself.) and they wanted to charge me extra.

This product looked nothing like the images they've displayed and HAVE been serving. Their attitudes were just poor. They had to lie to fix their own...

I bought 2 drinks and it took almost 30 mins. I would have left but I paid already on the app. Do not go here. 2 drinks and it took 30 mins. That’s crazy and then we got one of the drinks for my 12 year old. We got no espresso in the drink for him and I took a drink and there was espresso in there. I turned around and went back and told her there was espresso in the drink and she sat there and argued with me. I told her I would give her the original drink back if she made a new one with no espresso. She refused and continued to be rude and hostile. We left with the drink we can’t drink and wasted our money. Don’t go here. There were 2 cars that left behind us cuz they didn’t want to wait anymore. Horrible employee and...
