Oriental Trading Company — Local services in Omaha

Do NOT make purchases from this company. Early last year I made a one time purchase of $58 from their website, but was unknowingly charged a monthly fee of $15 for the subsequent 20 months, for a so called rewards program that I never authorized. Called customer service and the person hung up abruptly with a “have a good day”after I asked for full refund and explanation. She also made unprofessional comments such as “Oh my God you haven’t checked your bank statements until now?” It’s not uncommon for small charges to be overlooked, in this case $15 charge from OTC BRANDS INC and that’s how they scam...

Do not order from this company they are scammers and they do not give you what you’re ordering and they don’t give you enough information when you order from them. I ordered heads on a stick and they were smaller than the size of my hand and they said because it was a custom order, they would not refund any money. I thought I was getting big heads!!
