The worst 1st experience ever. I believe the time of this transaction was between 7:20ish. The drive thru line was wrapped around. There was maybe 3 people sitting in the lobby area. My self and my child was at the cash register and a gentlemen behind us waiting for a person to take our order. Any person at this time, so I am still waiting on this person. A cashier, a line cook/coffee maker, or janitor at this point. 20mins later the drive thru ladies come over to the register facing the lobby to take my order finally, but I get ready to hand her a $100.00 just for her to tell she cant break my bill. Now, I am IRRITATED!!! I get it, its a safety thing with these business and larger bills. Next time post a sign that states we dont keep wash in our store to break/make change for large bills. I would have been okay with that. Not waiting for 20mins to hear it, so I want back to my vehicle for a 20.00. Now the guy that was behind place his order and now waiting for his food. Remind you there is a drive thru cashier and two other ladies behind the counter making the drinks and food. Under staff and not very helpful. The cashier place my order and fail to give me a receipt for my order that I place. Didnt even bother to ask if I wanted the receipt or not and kept it moving, I guess. My child got Mocha 1st, but her bacon spicy sausage sandwich and cookies was an other good 10mins wait because now we are so focus on the drive thru line. At this time you have more people coming to place order and the one lady who was making drinks in now handing money and doing drinks and foods. This whole time there is no manager or if there was one the experience of the shop was all bad for me. Due to my experience at this location I will never purchase a napkin from your store. Please do better because you just dont know who/which person is a food/drink critics is reviewing your atmosphere....
Read moreMy brother and I went to Scooters on a Sunday (9/21/2025). The issue came when they said they ran out of XL cups. The manager (LaTosha) wanted to give us one full SMALL cup of a caramelicious blended and HALF of a small cup for a total of 28 oz. We left unconvinced. I called another store and looked online to confirm if the blended drinks are 28 oz or 32oz. Online and another scooter said that the drinks are 32 oz. We went back to the store on 30th and Ames to inform the manager. When we went inside, we waited for what felt like 3-5 minutes. The manager (LaTosha) was very dismissive, had a very "I am right because I work here attitude." She did not offer to mend the situation in any way. She just looked at my brother and me as if we were dumb or trying to get more coffee for free. When we told her about the 32 oz, she just said, "No, it's 28 oz trust me" We told her we just wanted our money back, that we did not want the drinks (I placed them on the counter and left them there). La Tosha asked for a receipt, when I told her it was a mobile order she TURNED AROUND AND WALKED AWAY as soon as I said mobile order and proceeded to tell us with her back turned, "You have to call corporate and talk to the application department. We can't refund mobile orders," She only came back after we asked for her name. We did not keep the drinks, and now I am out 18 dollars for two drinks.
The owner, Julian, did reply to my feedback and offered me only a $10 refund, although I stated that I had not kept the drinks. He replied with "We apologize for being out of XL cups and for not finding a solution that was to your liking." When I had stated in the initial complaint that the store manager did not even attempt to mend the situation in any way. Read moreOn Monday 9/16/24 through app and pick it up. Ordered 3 hot Lattes , a cappuccino blender and xl brewed coffee. Got 3 cold Lattes instead but it was fine. Cappuccino blender was amazing!!! When I got home and started drinking one of the lattes, tasted sour. Went back and returned them , then staffs ignored me but finally made me new 3 Hot Lattes Still I got the Same sour taste like spoiled milk. I told the staffs that still they tasted just like earlier lattes that I got before. I said spoiled milk. They said no … milk is not expired. Then…. They both totally ignored me for long periods of time. Then I told them if not going to help me I need my refund for these 3 large lattes. Finally one of the girl came and said they can’t refund me So I told her make me 3 large cappuccino blender instead. She finally made me new drinks I don’t know what those drinks taste like. I just left them there
