Scooter's Coffee — Restaurant in Omaha

This Scooter's is not consistent with their drinks. 80% of the staff are robotic at best in their customer service. I have returned on several occasions to ask them to re-make my drinks due to coffee grinds found in my first sips out of my lattes over ice. I have gotten over-heated chibatta breakfast sandwiches and been made fun of after I was forced to mispronounce the name of the chibatta because they were not hearing my order correctly on their headphones. The only reason why I have returned, is this location is only a mile away from my job. I have on many more occasions chosen to jaunt over an extra two miles to visit the 108th location on O st.

I always cringe waiting for mistakes when visiting this Scooters and test-best as possible- the quality of products before leaving the drive through.

I used to love Scooters sooo much. After years of being a LOYAL customer and swearing by Scooters over Starbucks I decided to stop going. I am tired of them diluting the coffee (toddy) and definitely not ok with paying $5-$6 for a 16oz water with a splash of coffee, cream and syrup. It's not every visit but the location does not matter, I have had watered down coffee at all locations in the Omaha area and after complaining about it, an employee told me to ask them to not "dilute my toddy". This happens at least 3/5 times. I have recently just started going to Bucky's and getting a 20oz COFFEE that I out my own syrups and creams in for $1.69 because I refuse to pay "premium price" for the cup full of sugar water that they...

My husband and I have frequented this location for years. The owner is such a sweet heart. Contact her if you have any issues. This is one advice I give to any Barista at Scooters: Please, please, please, I beg you. Stir the hot drinks. Otherwise the flavor sits at the bottom making it seem like the drink isn't good until that last sip which is literally liquid sugar. The Baristas here know us and are really super nice. I have had one exchange which was negative with one staff member who seemed to be annoyed by our visit and was extremely rude BUT this is 1 time out of the dozens of times we've visited...
