Don't try to return anything or you will be sorely disappointed. I purchased 2 items for confirmation gifts, wasn't happy with them and decided to stop back by on my way home from work to grab 2 different items. Unfortunately I didn't have the items with me to return and decided is return them at a later date when I actually had time. Oops...no refunds given over $25 except by one employee who was out of town. I'd either have to have a gift card or come back later. When I come back to return these items it will be the last time. The clerk who helped me was quite condescending.

YOUR CLERK MOST DEFINITELY DIDN'T OFFER ME A FULL CASH REFUND. THE ONLY THING OFFERED WAS A STORE GIFT CARD. IF SHE HAD OFFERED CASH, I WOULD'VE GLADLY ACCEPTED THAT. SHE EVEN CALLED ANOTHER EMPLOYEE TO MAKE SURE SHE COULDN'T GIVE ME A CASH REFUND. MAYBE YOU SHOULD CHECK HER STORY. I GAVE HER MY NUMBER FOR YOU TO CALL ME, PLEASE GIVE ME A CALL. I'M SURE BEING A SMALL BUSINESS YOU NEED TO WATCH REFUNDS GIVEN.
I am very happy to report that I just went in after having called and spoke with Karen to see if I could actually return for cash as the owner stated. I was able to return and Karen was very warm and kind. She apologized for the misunderstanding and I did inform her again that 100% I was not offered a cash refund and they think that unfortunately the correct information hadn't made it to the MonDay employees. Read moreAn order was placed and The Crosgrave Company cashed the check. When we checked on the order the lady gave us a tracking number I checked with USPS 3 times and they said that the item was not in their system. They even did an extensive check and they didn't have anything in their system with the tracking number. It was on the company "The Crosgrave Company" because the USPS had not yet received the package from them but the company cashed the check 5 months ago. They are the ones responsible for the package. I talked to the owner several times and all she did was order a new chain and it has to be paid in full plus shopping even though they cashed the check and the item wasn't sent out. The tracking number still shows "label created item not received." The item still hasn't been given to the USPS for delivery. Very frustrating...

So I called around Omaha and discovered Cosgraves, where I had never shopped before. They had what I needed, so I went in and they asked me what church I was from. I told him they wouldn't have me in the system cuz I've never shopped there before, and they said yes we will. So I gave them my church name, from a town 60 miles north, and they had us in the system, but when they asked me if the address was still correct, it was the address from our old building from 25 years ago.
