First time here and will never come back, traveled from out of state and was told about this place. Downloaded the app to do an order ahead of time. When I arrived the place was closed no one in the little shack. Waited for 30 mins and nothing. Ended up going down the street to Dunkin where I got what I wanted and was treated with the best customer service I have ever had even when they didn't have the bread for the sandwich I ordered. Was on my way back to my family's house when I noticed scooters coffee had the light all on, decided to stop in to see about refund was told all the stuff was deleted and should not be charged. I didn't like that answer as there is no way to even know about a refund beging processed that only tells me you deleted the order. Abby was explaining stuff to me and when I asked for a number to corporate or office I was told to use app. She tried to say it was closed do to a shift change and that's something I could understand but I also think if that was the case why not leave a sign or note stating that so when someone like me that orders on the app knows to come back. Abby was very rude after I pointed that out. Not sure if it was stress but she told me we need to move this along and closed the window on me. I hope they realize that working one of these stores is extremely difficult with two or three people but to do it by yourself this girl deserves a raise and appraise from her management and from the scooter's franchise owners. On top of that, the barista was rude. I was a regular at this location due to work not too far, but not after my last experience. Prior to requesting the owner call me.
