I was told I could not order at all in the drive thru. They said they only had Doordash and order ahead orders. When asked how long, said I had to wait and come back in 15 minutes. Most places take the order and have you pull into a stall to wait to GET the order. I finally decided to use the order ahead app, it was not the best experience, but was ok for what it is. Sat in the stall I was already sitting in and they finally delivered me my food. Looked like all was there. Once home, after a long day of work, changed out of work clothes and began sorting everything out. Everything was there except marinara. I called, the manager answered, I explained I didn't get my sauce. Before asking if I could get some the next day, she went on and on telling me she knows for a fact she put sauce in every bag. Keep in mind, when I called, I was pretty polite, not raising my voice or calling anyone names or incompetent. I only wanted to get the sauce so I can enjoy the food I paid for. I had only one bag, dumped all contents on my table and there was only ketchup and ranch. I don't understand why it's so ingrained in manager brains, or really anyone to get defensive if the other person is being polite and just asking for the problem to be solved. I doubt I'll come here again, except to get that marinara sauce.

The first thing that wasn't a huge deal was the teenager taking my order had a hard time keeping up with my order and told me I was going too fast. Then, on my way up to the window, a truck cut in front of me in line. The teenager at the window took his order there, and gave him his food. If you aren't going to hold your customer to typical drive-thru rules, then why have them? When I got to the window, I asked the young lady if he ordered through the Sonic app, and she said no. I asked what he ordered, and she said two Coney dogs. The third issue was your sundae. Why is it the same thing I can order at one of your competitors for half the price? Why didn't you put some whipped cream and a cherry on it for $2.49? I had to ask for my receipt. Finally, you filled the cup all the way up with ice. I mean all the way to the top. Were you planning to give me a drink with that ice? Also, when I've ordered it with cherry and lime in it in the past, you have put those fruits in there. Not this time! It was about 20mins later and we finally see someone coming out with our ice cream mind you there was one person parked next to us who already had her drinks and paid and two in the drive thru the second we see the guy walking out he dropped both of our blast and picked them up and was about to walk to us with it till he noticed the cups were busted and went back inside. So we waited another 10mins and he came back out and went to the wrong stall to someone who just pulled up but never pushed the button to order before he came to us at this point my husbands cup was covered in melted ice cream and mine wasnât correct so my husband yelled out to him since he ran away so fast saying hey my man this is Oreo not Reeseâs so he took it and went back inside so yet we waited again.
