We got some items through here. We were moving out of our apartment and knew we could no longer make payments so we called 4 days before we moved out and told them to come get everything. They told us we had to make anothrr payment before they would pick anything up. Mind you we already made 3 payments. Each time telling them we needed to make a full months payment to make everything due on the 15th of the month. None of those times did any one person in the store do this. They took partial payments claiming it was all full payments. We have been out of our apartment since last Saturday and had to move everything into a storage unit we have called several times asking them to come and pick up their merchandise and they have refused to do so They have called several times accusing us of making things up and saying that we have only made one payment the entire time that we have had everything when we have receipts proving that we have made 3 or 4 payments since we had everything from the beginning then they tell us that we need to bring in proof of those payments because they do not have them in the system so what has happened to our money this entire time is someone pocketing it also things have happened my fiance has been in the hospital a few times near death and the ICUI got ran over by a Van and he was in the ICU yet again and when they call us to tell us they need to come pick up the merchandise and we tell them that we are unavailable they tell us every time we try to pick something up you guys make up an excuse I am sorry that our health is not in the best and I am sorry that we are unavailable to pick things up but you do not need to talk to your clients this way you do not need to act this way with them you need to treat them with respect and they will treat you back with respect that is the way a client merchandiser relationship should go and to tell someone that they have only made 1 payment since the beginning when they have proof that there had been more payments than that especially with bank statements and to lie about where the money goes I would like to know where all of the money from the store...

My fiancé and I purchased a couch set from here in the fall of 2018. We have made every single monthly payment to them on time up until this month (May) We noticed 3 months ago that something was wrong with the middle of our couch and had contacted Aaron’s for someone to come fix it. They sent out a tall black guy who looked at it and said he needed to run back to the shop to get a tool to fix it with. The guy never came back and we never got a phone call. So we have been calling to schedule them to come back out and fix it and we either get the run around or we’ve had to leave several messages to them. This month I didn’t pay the bill because I’m not going to pay another payment until they come fix it. My fiancé spoke to Frank on the phone on Friday night about how we keep getting told someone’s going to come fix it but no one has ever came out. He said he would have to talk to his manager to get something set up and that they had the part of the couch that was broken in the back of the warehouse. So Frank said he would get back to us when he talked with his manager. Today I get a call at my work from Frank asking me when I’m going to settle my payment. I said you just spoke to my fiancé on the phone Friday and told him you had to get ahold of your manager. Which I was sitting right there listening to the entire conversation. He told me he didn’t know what I was talking about and that he never spoke to my fiancé and he’s never gotten any of our messages. That is a lie. I told Frank I wasn’t paying another payment until it was fixed. Frank told me they will not come and fix it until I make the May payment and I told him he could just come get the couch because I didn’t want to deal with this back and fourth issue anymore. Read moreWorst Aarons I have ever bought from!!!! I have used Aaron's for years! I moved to Omaha and decided to try this Aarons. I had every intention on purchasing same as cash. I was paying way more then owed every month. On the 4th month when I wanted to pay it off, I was advised that they could not extend the date to my pay day. I decided to go ahead and just keep the monthly payments instead. My 1st payment was not due until June since I had pay so much in advance. They were literally calling me and harrassing me while I was at work multiple times a day. I spoke to a manager at the store who advised me that they would notate on my account to not call during my business hours and that I have set pay days and when I would be paying. I was lied to. Nothing was documented, they continued to call me repeatedly multiple times a day. Today, I received a call..for the second time and did not introduce himself or that he was from Aarons, the 1st thing he said to me was " Are you ready to make a payment." I asked for a manager and he said that he was one of them. Again, not on my payday and then proceeds to tell me they have no notes or record of anything the previous manager advised.
