Burger King — Restaurant in Omaha

I pull up in the drive-thru at 4 PM on a Friday and someone who sounds like they literally had just woken up when I pulled up takes my order. I ordered a cheeseburger, french fries, and 9pc chicken fries with barbecue sauce. Got home and realized I didn’t get the barbecue sauce and my french fries were not even lukewarm. I live in the area so I go back and the two guys that handled my order at the window are both hanging out in the parking lot. One of them literally walks up to my car and asks what was wrong. I told him I didn’t get barbecue sauce with my 9pc and also would like fresher fries. He goes inside, and then hands me a bag with the bbq sauce but fries that tasted exactly like the last batch they gave me. This type of customer service has been present at this location for at least the past 3 years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood. I try to give them the benefit of the doubt or sometimes I’ll outright just go to a further out location. This location is a dumpster fire and cannot be helped. I am done giving this location the benefit of the doubt and I hope others follow suit because they do not care and they need to just close! Yesterday my husband went to this location for breakfast. The person handed him the food and my husband asked for the card back and the guy at the window said the card didn't work. I looked at the bank and it did go through but my husband gave the food back and came home already. I called and talked to a manger and he said he would put the money back on the card but that never happened. I called today and the phone would ring then someone picked up and hung up 3 times. I finally talked to someone who said she was the manager but since it didn't happen on her shift she couldn't do anything. I said something about the phone issue she said "we do not answer the phone" then hung up on me. I called back because I wanted her name she told me she did not have to give that information to me and hung up again. I called back again and asked for her managers name and number she told me I can look that up and hung up. I called from a different number and got her name Anganetta if that is her real name. DO NOT GO TO THIS BURGER KING! If you want to be treated like an idiot then this would be the place to go! We went to grab a bite and decided to go inside instead of the drive thru. (Had to use the restrooms) We go in and they are both locked. Okay fine, we go to the counter and ask for the key. Without even looking at us the "Manager" says " They are for paying customers only." SERIOUSLY?? I asked her if we were aloud to use them before we order? She says yes and takes 5 minutes to come around and unlock the doors. I kid you not, they waited for us to come back out. I still wanted food so we decided to just get it to go.I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and requested a freshly fried one and that I was willing to wait. I watched and it wasn't fresh.
