I always go in your location several times a week and order the same Cold Brew w/3pumps of vanilla and a side of cream. I love it at this location and pick it over every other location because over the years of coming to this location I’ve established relationships with the staff and receive great service and the staff actually interacts with the guests.
I’ve never once complained, even when you are out of cold brew or the wait is long, I always wish you guys the best and go on my way.
With that being said, after ordering just a few minutes ago I was turned away because I only had a 100 dollar bill and left my card at home. I tried to explain, but was cut off and told that the store didn’t keep twenties and did not have any change for my 100. Not even offering another solution, I was prompted to go on my way.
I was set back because without even looking in the drawer or without hesitation, she told me that there was no change and sent me on my way without my order! Really?! I’ve never had this EVER happen and on top of that because you have no change I didn’t get my order?!
After three years of coming to your store at least four times a week, I will no longer be coming in and hope that in the future you will have a solution to your “change” problem, or at the least notify your guests before they place an...
Read moreThis location had poor service for a chill afternoon. I stood at the counter for upwards to five minutes watching to ladies talking and laughing. One was working, the other was keeping company. Finally, the convicted one asked if I'd been helped, which seemed weird since they would be the only ones to help that were available. She was pleasant, and I stayed upbeat. Then, once my drink was done the other one sat it on the counter and I asked if it was mine and she just glanced at me. I grabbed it and walked out. The management on staff was busy with a court others doing inventory or rearranging, so I wasn't going to approach her. While she was in the midst, she never greeted or smiled or acknowledged others... I'm sure because she was preoccupied with her other work, but it just seemed like everyone there is in their own world. This is the only Starbucks I've ever witnessed such a chill and disregard in.
