Little Ceasers is my favorite pizza place. But tonight I came in and ordered my stuffed crust pizza, there was a 15 minute wait. Okay, fine. While my boyfriend and I are waiting for the pizza... I notice a brand new machine where customers can order online, pay on this machine and get their pizza basically without needing to deal with employees. I’m looking at it, and there is brail writing next to the instructions... I reach out to touch the brail and right as I touch it a blonde haired female employee (didn’t catch her name) snapped at me & rudely told me “ do not touch this machine it is a very expensive machine and it’s $15,000” Like I was a child who was messing with it repeatedly. I felt very belittled & offeneded. I’m an adult who touches a machine that is meant to be touched BY CUSTOMERS TO GET PIZZA. We waited to say anything to hopefully avoid getting my food spit in and a different lady gives us the pizza, and we ask for a manager to complain.. She tells us we can tell her whatever the problem is, so we do and she gets very rude & snappy with us AGAIN. So of course my boyfriend gets mad because they are treating me like a child. She screamed at us to never come back and to get out of “her” restaurant.
I won’t be going to that Little Ceasers anymore and will make sure my friends and family...
Read moreUsually the location on 156th Dodge is spot on. On June 29th we ordered on pizza portal @5:40pm on the app,and when we arrived a little earlier then the 20 minute estimated time of our completed order we waited in the car. When 6pm came and I got the notification that our pizza was ready(but not in the pizza portal..check with staff at the register)my husband went in and was told it would be 2 minutes until our cheese bread was done but ultimately it was 6 minutes until our food was done. As we waited several people were seen going in and they immediately came back outside after ordering to wait because it was extremely hot inside & the staff wasn't able to keep up with the demand of pizzas. The inside temperature had to be well over 100 degrees inside as their air conditioning went out. We felt bad for the staff, and wondered why management didn't send these people home or rent a portable air conditioner until this was fixed. The almighty $$ was more important then the well being of their employees which in turn slowed down...
Read moreHot N Ready isn't really Hot N Ready.... 2.25 hours before close on a Saturday and no beef and no cheese Hot N Ready pizzas. One person claims thry are told to make less or they will be charged for extra pizzas at the end of the night, which makes no sense with over 2 hours left before close. Another says we I should order ahead of time because they can't predict what they need. As a former restaurant manager there are food reports qnd guest traffic reports that allow for prep, not to mention, thre were zero and they were just starting to make more. They weren't even in oven yet. With 2 hours to go, one would assume with hoid leadership, that when bellow 2 or 3 made, more would go in. There were people waiting before and after me. Which means, they were running behind as a consistant party of their night. Adjustments should be made, or stop advertising hot n ready. Also note first review, but 3rd time this location has not had their...
