Went in for those new taco pizzas!! We were so ready but when we got to the store the kids working inside where complaining about making them of course I apologized for the singular oven they have to use but we still wanted taco pizza! We ordered 2 but when we got home to try them we realized they put so much of the fiesta sauce on the pizza the toppings where sliding right off and that's all you could taste. Like bitting right into a spoonfull of sauce and nothing but ! I watched 3 older ladies walk out with 5 pizzas before me I really pray they did not do this to their pizzas. I called to ask if we could get a couple new pizzas and the corporate number she said I can't remember the corporate number and then offered to take my number and pass the situation off to the manager on the next shift. Also told me of corporate will be in on Monday 🤣 This girls pretty bad at lying or doesn't know the difference between a GM and a Corporate office! So I knew then she was going to be no help. So if your looking for a good taco pizza from Taco John's my suggestion is ask for the fiesta sauce on the side so they can't ruin the flavor. Nothing was done to fix my order btw so check your order...
Read moreFirst thing out of the worker’s mouth when we drove up was that we could not order anything grilled. I said “No Problem!” and proceeded to order non-grill items. This was fine until I ordered iced tea for my drink. The worker informed me she only had raspberry iced tea available. I said “Raspberry will be fine.” I then asked for a side of queso to which she replied in a very annoyed tone that they were out of queso and had only Nacho Cheese available as they were only half an hour from closing. I said “No problem, make it Nacho Cheese.” When we received our food, every bit of it was cold. Not one hot item In the whole order. I honestly was given the impression by the worker that she was disappointed we didn’t drive away so they could close up more quickly and get out of there. In reading other google reviews I notice a pattern of cold food and seeming to want to close early. If I were the owner, I would be wondering who was running my store and why I was running out of food every night up to an hour and a half before closing time. This is my first bad experience ever at a Taco John’s. I hope it...
Read moreAfter a long day traveling, I ordered food in the drive way. Once I got home ( five minute drive )my entire order was cold. I ordered eight tacos and three refried bean queso with chips. My kids couldn't eat the food because it was soggy and cold. I called Taco John's and Amanda (a manager) answered. She first stated we never ordered from that location, then when I read off the receipt number she acknowledged I ordered there. She offered a $5 coupon for a $26 order. I told her that wasn't acceptable. She stated I should of looked in the bag before I drove off to check the food. She also referred to me as "girl". To add more to the fire Amanda stated that the food was ordered an hour prior to me calling. I read off the receipt time and it was within a few minutes from when I left with the food. I was also told in the drive way I would get a military discount and noticed on the receipt that the discount was never applied. She didn't acknowledge this as well. I will be talking to the head manager about the terrible service. I will NEVER go back to this location and don't recommend that...
