Taco John's — Restaurant in Omaha

My family and I received the worst service tonight at this taco johns. We waited 35+ minutes for our food, when we finally received our food, our 4 fried chicken tacos had 1 piece of small chicken on each with cheese- nothing else!!! We even ordered extra chicken on 2 of the tacos. When I confronted the manager (Taylor) about the issue she threw her hands up and said “well we are closed there is nothing I can do” (it was 9:49PM) mind you we had just waited 35+ minutes for our food. We had placed our order on the machine inside and it didn’t give us a receipt when we ordered- at other locations it comes out with your order. We asked for a refund because she said they were closed and wouldn’t remake the food. Taylor said she couldn’t refund us our money because we didn’t have a receipt. It took about 2-3 minutes of arguing with her to finally get her to search our order on the computer and refund us our money. While waiting for our food in the lobby, we overheard her telling the crew that there was a GRILLED meat and potato burrito (for the drive thru order) but they had made it a regular meat and Potato burrito and that the customer “was just going to have to deal with it”. We have never received such bad service!!!! The other lady on the crew was very apologetic about the manager however that doesn’t dismiss Taylor’s behavior. On my way home from picking kids up from school and decided to stop and get them some potato ole’. First off I could tell the young lady on the microphone did not want to be at work because she had an attitude and acted like she was in a rush! Anyway I clearly ask her for extra dipping cheese for each potato ole that I purchased then I was asked to move to the front of the building though there weren’t any other cars in line so I did. Now they bring me the order and there’s no extra cheese so now I had to wait to receive missing items?! So now I have to go inside and there’s an older woman saying that I didn’t pay for extra, like because “young miss attitude” at the window doesn’t want to be here give her the right to get orders wrong? So now I have to run back to get more money smh! They ended up seeing my frustration and gave them to me for free. Smh Now I’m an owner of a business as well and I’d have to say to very much make sure whoever you have on drive-thru has a great disposition because it could mean the difference between repeat...

We've visited this location twice in the last couple of months and both times I've ordered a meat and potato burrito. The burrito before last didn't have any potatoes or cheese sauce and was rolled with both ends closed. The potato burrito I ordered tonight had no lettuce or cheese sauce on it. I don't know if they're maybe having staffing issues and it's trainees that are making my food or if it's possible that they could be running out of certain items because of delivery issues. If it's a product problem they need to make that known while the customers are placing their orders. I mean there's a certain taste you're looking forward too and that doesn't happen without the right ingredients. Very disappointed in the service being provided at this location.
