I ordered 3 dozen snowmen cookies in traditional holidays colors. I talked with the owner twice on the phone and he was very nice and polite. When I arrived to pick up my cookies this is what the cookies look like. Very messy, glitter sloppily put on with a single line for an outline for a hat through the glitter. The colors a large variety which in my opinion are not traditional colors but I know now I should have truly specified what colors to use. I went ahead and paid for them but when I returned home I felt very disappointed in the cookies I paid for so I called the store hoping for some remedy. The owner told me he was sorry I was disappointed in the appearance of the cookies but “that is how they design their cookies.” And did not offer to remake the cookies or provide any financial reimbursement. He said 3 times that this is a very busy time of year and offered no solution to the problem. My kids are actually a little embarrassed to pass them out to their teachers but will any way because I don’t want to waste my money nor go some place to pay for more cookies. I have never left a review before but felt this was necessary and feel very disappointed with my experience. Just what I asked for and extremely helpful service from David Fell at The Cookie Company-Omaha! I ordered a large birthday cookie to be delivered to my sister (a bit last minute), but as I'm currently living overseas, there are internet glitches, and the receipt looked like it was being shipped to the wrong address. I panicked a bit, emailed the company and ordered a second cookie in the meantime. David Fell responded very quickly, made sure he had the correct address, and said no problem, he'd cancel the second order. I decided to keep them both and made one more decorating request. David got it done that day(!), the cookies looked great (he emailed me a photo), and he even checked in with me after they were delivered. Was really very happy with the great customer service. I placed an order for 3 dozen princess style cookies! Dress with a sash , heels, tiaras, & lip sticks! What I got was these a dress with a belt looking thing, and they say its a lipstick but to me looks like nail polish and looks like a kid did the decorating on it! I was really thinking for a professional company the cookies would look better and for the price 100 bucks for 3 dozen at that. When I called to complain they said there was nothing wrong with them and looked fine hahah you all be the judge!! What is the circle cookie in the corner anyone have a clue?
