The employees were decent and respectful. But this is about it. We did not get the orders, we ordered (chicken and pork chili and the chicken). The food is basic. Worse than the ramen package. The add ones were not worth the extra cost. Food is not fresh, eggs (look at least 3 weeks past being old (we raise our own chicks so we would know) sprouts were disgusting. Somehow I ended up with corn but didn't order it. Broth is the same, no variation across the aboard. The only thing fresh was the green onion and chicken. Will not go again.

Yoshi-ya is pretty good for being a mall ramen aka faster prepared. They have the standard broth selections and I always go with the Tonkotsu. Unlike other places this one actually comes with corn (major plus). I also like to add some Narutomaki for an additional 50c. The broth isn’t too heavy and the noodles are a little thicker than your typical ramen. My favorite part of Yoshi-ya is that they offer a bacon riyu which is a bacony chili paste mix. Try it out if you’re at Flagship Commons.

Giant bowls of Ramen Noodle comfort food. You can add or subtract ingredients. Bites are average compared with others in Omaha of the same kind. Jumbo Ozaki (matcha green tea lemonade) when available is really good! It is pricey...but all Flagship Commons food is. The cheap mall food is offered outside the Commons inside the actual mall aisles. Perfect to eat before a movie next door as they serve quickly. I am a stickler on HOT food & having chopsticks...they have both!

I took my son and a friend to eat there and it was pretty decent for Mall ramen, however I paid with a debit card and the receipt has a spot for a tip, there was also a tip jar and my question is why? It's no different than ordering at Burger King or Taco Bell; ya walk to a register, place your order, pay the guy and wait for your name to be called. It's not like we were waited on and had someone coming out to check on us and refill our drinks, so why is this place asking for tips? It's a fast food joint. After getting my $50.44 bill for 3 bowls of soup and some drinks I almost broke my chopsticks when I saw this place asking for a tip on the receipt, bit it was there so I had to pay it. Food was decent, just hated the fsxt a fastfood joint was asking for tips. I got no hangups with tipping, I'm a person who tips well, however I feel this is the type of establishment that shouldn't be asking for them. Yeah its optional, but come on, nobody wants to be seen as the guy who doesnt tip, plus my son...

The most consistently delicious ramen in Omaha. Staff has been there forever and know exactly what they're doing. The Spicy Oni ramen is some of the best ramen I've ever had. The broth is thick, and the noodles just soak it right up. Not to mention the noodles themselves, they're the perfect thickness and texture. I'd highly recommend them for anyone that loves Japanese food and ramen. I think a lot of ramen restaurants in Omaha have two large of a menu. Their taste is inconsistent. Yoshi-ya on the other hand, has a small menu that they've perfected....
