I took my son and a friend to eat there and it was pretty decent for Mall ramen, however I paid with a debit card and the receipt has a spot for a tip, there was also a tip jar and my question is why? It's no different than ordering at Burger King or Taco Bell; ya walk to a register, place your order, pay the guy and wait for your name to be called. It's not like we were waited on and had someone coming out to check on us and refill our drinks, so why is this place asking for tips? It's a fast food joint. After getting my $50.44 bill for 3 bowls of soup and some drinks I almost broke my chopsticks when I saw this place asking for a tip on the receipt, bit it was there so I had to pay it. Yoshi-ya on the other hand, has a small menu that they've perfected....
Read moreThe employees were decent and respectful. But this is about it. We did not get the orders, we ordered (chicken and pork chili and the chicken). The food is basic. Worse than the ramen package. The add ones were not worth the extra cost. Food is not fresh, eggs (look at least 3 weeks past being old (we raise our own chicks so we would know) sprouts were disgusting. Somehow I ended up with corn but didn't order it. Broth is the same, no variation across the aboard. The only thing fresh was the green onion and chicken. Will...
