Update 6/12/25: We had to have the head set fixed at another store as Helzberg would not fix it and they refuse to refund us for this issue.
Original: I would not recommend shopping here if you are looking for any type of jewelry. My fiance and I had the worst time dealing with Helzberg and their vendors. We had issues getting my engagement ring in in December of 2024, they were initially having trouble with sourcing the side stones, and then they had an issue sourcing the main stone. The ring was going to be so delayed that my fiance had to go out and buy a main stone and pay to have them set it. (He did a great job with the diamond he chose.) We waited a couple of months to get my engagement ring, and ordered it on March 15th, a little later than we wanted but it wouldn't be a problem to arrive in time for our May 24th wedding. Well we were wrong. We were told it would be a few weeks to get it and then size it, so were supposed to have it by end of April. My fiance called a couple weeks ago and they said that it would be there by end of week and ready to pick up on May 1st, which was fine with us. When we went in last Friday, they told us that the ETA for the ring getting into the store, not even sized, was May 20th. We were really upset by this. Our sales person was Stacey, who is the assistant manager and to be honest, she did nothing extreme to help us. The store dropped the ball when it came to monitoring their orders that get shipped in to make sure that customers were aware of any delays, etc. We never once got a call notifying us of the delay, and it took us complaining at another Helzberg location for Stacey to call us, even then it was a short voicemail saying she was on it. She wasn't "on it" in my opinion. I would expect my sales person to be calling corporate several times a day to get an answer. We had spoken with Liz on Sunday about our options and what we could do and how Helzberg could help us and she gave us the most amazing customer service, and I felt at ease. But when we went in yesterday to talk to Stacey about all of these options and what was going on with the ring, she insisted that they couldn't discuss options at this time until we heard back about the ring. I was not comfortable with this and said that I would wait till Friday at the latest and then Helzberg was going to help us with other options because I wasn't going to chance not getting a wedding band in time. At one point Stacey told me that they wouldn't give me a $2000 ring for $700, when I asked if they would be willing to price match a slightly more expensive ring that I liked, by the way she did not know the one I was talking about and it wasn't even close to $2000. This response was unnecessary on her part and really put me off. She also asked in a jolly tone if we wanted to cancel now when we had mentioned we might cancel Friday if there was not a satisfactory update. That made us never want to shop there again. We thanked her for her time, left the store, and decided to go find a ring at another store. We went to Riddles Jewelry and they gave us the most amazing customer service and met us every step of the way with our concerns. We're picking up my wedding band from them on May 6th, oh and they pulled it from the case, which Helzberg was unwilling to do previously for our engagement ring and they could not do for our wedding band. We did go back and cancel our order with Helzberg, after we purchased our new ring, due to how we felt we'd been treated, and only a couple of hours later they sent us a message stating that the ring we'd ordered would be there on May 5th, which we told them not to contact us if they got an update and they did not respect that request. I'd like to add that it should not have taken the employee lying to corporate about our wedding date to get things moving along with the ring, and we should not have had to keep following up with Helzberg employees about the status of our ring.    Read moreDo not trust the them!!! They primarily sell lab created diamonds. (Lab diamonds Hold no value). My experience: I came into helzbergs to find a replacement for an engagement ring. The sales representative asked how much I wanted to spend. ( Not a problem) I never gave a value because I am willing to pay for what I want, and not what I can get at the moment. They then proceeded to show me a few rings. I asked are they lab created diamonds. They said yes these are, I replied I understand what lab diamonds are, and I DO NOT want lab created diamonds. I was very clear. I am very particular to jewelery I purchase. They then find a few more rings and one of them was as close to what I was looking for as I was probably going to find. I asked again to verify that this particular ring was natural diamonds. They said yes it was, and it was on sale because helzbergs was discontinuing the ring style. And that it was the last one in-store. He showed me what was supposed to be a certificate for the center diamond. I said I would think about it took their business cards and left for the evening. I called them in the morning to ask them to hold the ring for me until I got off work to make it back. They said yes they would. ( Great) around 5pm I received a text asking if I was still coming in, I replied yes see you soon. When I arrived I finalized the purchase and the ring and receipt was put in the bag. I was told the certification would be ordered and will take about a week to get in. They asked if I wanted it mailed to myself or to the store. I said the store would be great. Thank you. I waited 2 weeks did not receive a call about certificate so I stopped in. It wasn't available so they said they would order it again. This happened a total of 4 times. On the third time a manager was supposed to give me a call. That didn't happen so the fallowing week I called and a manager returned my call. I was explaining the certification ordeal and she then tells me the cert# must be wrong and that my ring was in fact a lab diamond. They refuse to accept it as a refund. And tell me I can bring it in to upgrade it. The problem with an upgrade is they have nothing that I like or want. 215 rings with natural stones available through helzbergs, and not a one that catches my eye. I asked about the ability to have real diamonds to be put into my ring. (At my cost) hopefully they would help with costs or some compensation for the lab diamonds to be replaced. I was told their jeweler said it can't be done. I asked for an explanation and it wasn't given. ( So they don't even want their lab diamonds? ) I will never do business with them again and I urge everyone to think twice about making your purchases...
   Read moreMy fiancé had bought a ring from these guys a couple months ago. It was a beautiful halo ring that I've always wanted! But after having this ring for 3 months my main diamond had gotten loose from the prongs. Of course I took my ring in for repair and waited a week. After that, I got my ring back, didn't even think about looking at it before taking it home. But one day, I was looking at my ring while I was working and noticed the diamond was put on crooked!
Long story short, it was back and forth 2-3 times that I saw my diamond crooked! From there on my fiancé got involved and he noticed that my halo had gotten smushed. They told us that there was 1 mount left that was the same but was a pre-owned mount. They ordered the pre-owned mount for us, their jeweler put the diamond on that mount. When I got it, it was perfect! There were just 2 little things that were really easy to fix. But then within a week my diamond got loose.
In the end of this whole situation I did get a new mount that was very similar to my original ring, not saying that I didn't love my 1st mount but I absolutely love this new mount! Through out the entire time I was working with Liz and Rachel at this location. They did everything they could to fix my 1st mount, then tried the pre-owned mount, and lastly had my fiancé and I come in to an event to look at different mounts.
Liz and Rachel are awesome! I knew I was a pain but they kept working with me until I was happy! I had read the negative reviews when I started having issues and it got me really concerned. But Liz and Rachel proved these reviews wrong.
