At the west roads mall location, This has happened before when it’s this girl about tense. I do not struggle with anyone else in there. If you check the cameras, it was 7:30 when I walked up and the girl very rudely walked to the kitchen are with her head tilted back saying broooo to the other staff inside and then after a bit came out and I told her I was only wanting 2 Vietnamese iced coffees and she said they are unable to do them since they are about to close and I asked her if this was new (since I have come in when she is not here and have been Able to order two), And she said that no that says I have to wash the machine that makes it That’s why. I left that as that, and then proceeded to sit down with my family On the second table to the right right beside the bubbly Tea. A little after me, another gentleman walked up and asked for something else, and he was also told they could not make it. Way later and I mean closer to closing time, Three Caucasian ladies walked up and then 2 more behind them and they were help. No, it’s time to stop searching services...

I absolutely love coming to Bubble Tea in the mall! Every visit is a treat, and the experience is consistently top-notch.

Beyond Nayeli, the entire team here is just wonderful. They're always quick, welcoming, and clearly work together seamlessly to keep things running smoothly, even when it's busy. It's rare to find such a consistently great team.

And of course, the bubble tea itself is amazing – always fresh, perfectly mixed, and with a fantastic variety of options. It's the perfect pick-me-up when I'm at the mall.

very clean, very professional, quick to serve, and friendly, but also very expensive considering what you get. Bubbly Tea is located in a mall, so I can understand it being a little more expensive than usual. I had the 16-ounce brown sugar tea with boba. It came out just shy of $7. The biggest issue outside of price is that at least half of the 16-ounce bottle was filled with ice. This is my fault because I could have easily said "little ice to no ice," but I totally forgot. So, was it worth it? Well, I don't go to malls often, and for a mall tea, it was worth it if I was already there. The taste was actually pretty darn good, but nothing that I felt took it over the top of other tea restaurants.
