Juan Taco — Restaurant in Omaha

I went there with my handicapped sister on Sunday Dec 23rd. We ordered two combos. I took the sides of chips and salsa and she took rice and beans so we could share these. I picked up the order and took it to our table. Then hunted for forks and napkins at the drink station. As I took our orders off the tray I noticed the chips had no type of salsa. Having not eaten there before I wasn't sure if the offered condiment of hot sauce might be the salsa. I approched the counter and noticed an order up that had chips and an obvious side bowl of salsa. I told the counter help that I had just ordered chips with salsa and had not received any salsa. And believe it or not the gal said I gave you salsa. And stared at me. I said ma'am you did not. She said yes I Did!! And I said do you think I would come up here and ask you for salsa if Not? You forgot my salsa! Give me my side of salsa! She huffed and puffed and turned around and dip a ladle of salsa in to a bowl and shoved it at me glaring there you go! Have yourself some salsa. Have a great day!! I was pretty shocked but not enough to know this is so wrong. I told her you work with customers. You should no way treat someone like this. You did forget my salsa and now you have insulted me. She said go, go on. Have your nice day. I asked her to follow me to my close table to see that no salsa was given. Nope I can't do that! So the food was fair. The service was unacceptable. Honestly this place is trash. Wish I could leave a negative star review. This place is more white washed than taco bell. The burritos were so full of rice you would think we went to get Chinese food. We got the Carne asada burrito and the beef burrito though you wouldn't think that with how little flavor they had. I've had better burritos from the gas station. Their "spicey" sauce wasn't even spicy. It was more like a green mild taco sauce. Plus it is expensive. 2 burrito combos with chips and queso with drink was 27 bucks. Wack. The only thing good about this place was the chips and queso. I'd rather go to taco bell over this place and that's an honest opinion. I'd save more money and actually get...

I asked specifically if I could just get a bean and cheese burrito since it wasn't on the menu. The cashier said that it would be no problem. I got the order to go and when I got back to the office the burrito was massive! I wasn't expecting that for a bean and cheese burrito. I took a bite and it was all rice. Just tortilla and rice. Got a fork out and dug the rice out and found like 4 beans. I'm very upset and can't really eat it as it is just dry rice and nothing else.

I also got a fajita taco that I thought I could eat but it was a soggy mess with the outside tough parts of the onion. I work 2 minutes away and the tortilla was mush by the time I got to it.

Will not be returning. Wasted $12 on...
