Wendy's — Restaurant in Oneida

Absolutely will not be back to the Wendy’s in Oneida tn! I ordered a large #4 combo. I looked at my order when I got it and there wasn’t any fries and a large combo comes with a large fry. So I told the young lady at the drive thru that I was missing my fries and she said one moment and brought over Christina! Christina proceeded to tell me I could only get a medium fry shrugged her shoulders as if it was nothing. I would have changed my order to a medium before paying if I had known I could only get a medium. Christina didn’t try to make it right at all I asked her if she could do a medium and a small since I had paid for a large and she told me they can’t be wasting cups like that! What????? I am paying for a large fry and there wasn’t an adjustment refund or anything to try and make it right. I’m usually not one to complain about a dollar but to absolutely just tell me there’s nothing else that can be done makes me really upset and she kept saying the manger said that but didn’t bring over the manager or anything! Customer service was a 0! Do better! This is why everything in Oneida goes out of business!!! 0 customer service skills doesn’t draw in customers! My favorite thing to get here is baked potatoes. I order it with no cheese sauce, extra shredded cheese, sour cream and butter. They can’t put the condiments on the potato itself, but one thing that I love is how the staff heats it up for 1 minute 30 seconds.

Service is kind, but messing up orders happens sometimes. I hate the AI drive through, but a trick I learned is asking the AI to let you speak to an employee.

Sometimes I order a spicy chicken sandwich with cheese and mayo only and they never got it wrong...

They use ai to take your order, my order is correct on the screen. The humans can't seem to get my order right. Not worth the price they charge.
