Burger King — Restaurant in Ontario

I am such a Burger King fan! I've always loved their signature whoppers, cheese burgers, chicken sandos and fries. Growing up (High school, specifically ), we needed something cheap to bring to the beach. Friends and I ordered dozen cheeseburgers for $1 a piece and have them last most of the day! Fast forward many years later even after culinary school, I hate to admit, I still crave the flame grilled burger once in a blue moon. Thankfully now they offer the whopper jr. which always satisfies the craving! This particular location is very small, when we arrived half of the tables were dirty and the area near the soda station. The restroom clean and customer service good! They were quick to clean the tables and nice enough to bring the food to us which ?? do they still do this? Good deals!! Went to burger ordered in side! Talked with manager made my order. 1. Whopper no onions with extra lettuce. They charge me 0.19 extra. But did not receive plus they still put onions on the burger. What’s up with that! Because I got it to go and didn’t unwrap the burger when I got home. I tried calling but they’re not answering. They weren’t busy. So I replying here so they can read my question. I repeated my order to you three times and you stated you got it. But who ever in back doesn’t got it. Food prep doesn’t understand the order. Went to this place around 8am and ordered a decafe coffee, now I have been to this place several times a week without a hiccup, today 1/28/24 I order the same coffee this time I want 3 coffees and they lady proceeds to tell me they don’t have decafe coffee, I explained to the lady I come here regularly and they usually make it when it’s not ready but today another rude lady would not make the coffee, so I asked if she could make and I’ll wait and “NO” but yet you want $17hr and customer service skills suck, they are lucky zero stars is not an option, some people can only drink...
