IHOP — Restaurant in Ontario

Terrible experiece! I will not be going back to this IHOP. We had a server named Alma who couldnt understand us and what we were ordering. She brought out the wrong item twice. We ordered a meal that came with a soup or salad. My boyfriend asked for soup and after repeating it 3 times she still brought out a salad. He asked for soup a 4th time and she finally brought it out. We also ordered the churro french toast for our 2 year old. She brought us the nutella french toast instead. We didnt say anything because the price wasn't any different and our toddler was already grumpy so we didnt want to wait. We ate our food with the server only checking on us once or twice in the hour we were there. Finally we were ready to leave and it took her another 5 or so minutes to notice us. There was also two other tables. Maybe a total of 10 other people in the whole place. So it wasnt busy at all. After we got boxes, which she didnt bring the check with, we waited about 10-15 minutes before she finally noticed us and came over with the check. She never offered us the ice cream that came with our meal. It was a horrible experience. I really hope...

Family of 5, we all had breakfast for lunch. The service was good, but the chefs were inconsistent and messy, we asked for crispy bacon and all our plates came with barley cooked bacon except for one piece that was mega burnt, the server had to be embarrassed to bring me that plate! Lucky for them my babygirl likes her bacon burnt to a crisp so she called dibs lol.

My husbands pancakes had red and green splatters on top! when we brought it to our waiters attention he said it was normal, that it was from sprinkles that were probably thrown onto the top of some kid pancakes (it clearly looked like salsa) but he had no problem getting fresh clean ones.

The senior breakfast sampler plate was a few bucks cheaper than the regular plate, but the portion was the size was like a child's plate, my mother-in-law doest have a big appetite, but this was not very filling for her, she was disappointed by the price to portion ratio also.

2 kids meals, 1 senior meal, and 2 regular meals came out to $80 not including tip.

Missing food items. I initially thought that my first postmate driver was possibly stealing food items but I have ordered from this specific IHOP four separate times on postmates and every time main food items were not in the knotted plastic bag given, so it's clearly the resturant that doesn't bother to read through the order that is sent to them on postmates. The fourth time that I ordered from this IHOP which was yesterday, they completely forgot my sister's meal. It is a huge inconvenience to have to wait another hour plus to re-order the same item that I paid for in the first place. After I requested a refund from postmates the same day, I called this IHOP several times in an attempt to inform them of their issues with postmates and they did not pick up the phone once. I will not be ordering from your horrible restaurant again....
