Carl’s Jr. — Restaurant in Ontario

I went to the restaurant on july 14 and what this skinny girl did was against health code and regulations. I've been coming here for years cuz they have a fantastic playground. I've always received great service until now. I went inside and ordered my food. The gal that took my order was great but the skinny one wasn't nice at all. I noticed that he sent my food to the wrong table. I noticed them eating a fry and opening one of the boxes. They brought the food to the counter when they noticed it was the wrong order. Instead of throwing the food away. They tried to give me the food that they touched. I told her I wanted fresh food cuz I don't know what else they did with the food. She basically brought back the sandwiches without even asking me if i wanted them and I told her to take back the chicken sandwich cuz I saw them open the box. Then she tells me not to go up to the counter and ask about my food. I see everybody else getting their food. I'm basically waiting 10 to 15 minutes for my food. Not once did she apologize. I was more mad about not getting an apology. By law, what she did was against health code and regulations. You are not allowed to serve food if it touches someone else's table., this person needs to be retrained. I would highly recommend bringing back the numbers so this doesn't...

This location is not the greatest. The Caldwell location is so much better than Ontario's. If you MUST have Carl's JR, go to Caldwell. I don't go here often and they still manage to disappoint me with each visit. This time I ordered the Beef Taco Salad, when I opened the box everything but the lettuce slid off of the crooked taco shell bowl into the box. It was everywhere, like they turned the box sideways or something. Also, I guess they stopped using refried beans on the bottom and just used whole pinto beans, and tons of liquid which made the bottom so soggy. Not appetizing. The last time I had this salad they didn't put anything at the bottom and just a huge clump of beef on top of the lettuce with none of the other toppings. One other visit, a long time ago (I don't even know if they offer this salad anymore) I had a Chicken Salad that had chopped apple in it. When I took off the lid, I saw they had just cut the (possibly unwashed) whole apple in half and set it face down in the salad, it even had the produce sticker on it still. Never had an issue at this place untill today. I went through the drive thru which at the time I went wasn't super busy. When I was grabed my drink it was covered in soda and dripped all over my, my hands and car. I tried asking several times for a napkin but the dude kept walking away then finally I got his attention for one. After recieving my food I noticed it was wrong so I took it in. I set the bad of food on the counter and a lady asked what was wrong. I told her my food was wrong and my sauces weren't there and also pointed out I had soda all over my cup that went everywhere. Instead of apologizing she got an atitude with me and made excuses saying that they are using a new program on theur computers. K, well attitude wasn't needed, the soda all of the cup wasn't a computer mistake and the food being wrong isn't either. Common, let's be a lil self aware and not be so nasty to your customer. Being "short staffed" also isn't an excuse for what happened today. As long as that nasty lady is there, I won't be back. She needs to learn how to act like manager before...
