I frequent this establishment quite often. I appreciate that it has an indoor play area for both the cold winter months and when it's too hot to be outside. However my latest experience was not a good one.
They overcharged me for the Happy meal because they rung up every item individually (Kids toy, small soda, hamburger and fries.) the total came out to over $12 for just the Happy meal in a large soda. I had my hands full at the time of ordering so I just paid and initially wrote it off as inflation and sat down after receiving my food and double-checking the prices listed on their app and realizing that a kid's meal is $4.99 for a hamburger. I approached the counter and was met with the initial cashier that had rung me up explaining condescendingly that happy meal and a large soda come out to that much money and she's not sure what I wanted her to do. And so I explained that a Happy meal is listed as $4.99 both on the app and on the menu and a large drink is around $3 so the total should have been under $9. She begrudgingly got her Superior which I believe was the manager of the location. I had to explain three separate times why exactly there was a discrepancy in what I paid for and even after she realized the issue and was giving me the change she tried to short me the $3 and just gave me the change difference rather than the dollar bills. It was eventually made right but to have to plead your case when the prices are clearly posted and you're overcharged more than $3 makes me want to go to Carl's Junior for the play place and food the next time I'm looking for a burger and a place for my...
Read moreMe and my Spouse we're passing through from our fishing trip and went through the restaurants drive thru around the later Part 6 in the evening it wasn't very busy either but the other establishments around the area and they were hopping with business. I really didn't think too much in to it until after our order was instantly noted on screen pushed through......Sadly So was or meal once received pretty much everything fried has been visibly and flavored as if they we're "double dipped" (as in dunked in grease the 2nd time around) And the Burger meat was clearly sitting for a while and cold,but the Veggies were fresh! Sorry,but never again! As a Bartender and being in Food Services for fifteen years and I live and love food , So I truly Believe that to me Food no matter where your getting it.... It is like a relationship with someone who would live for or even die without .So taking pride in a friendship/relationship and there feelings is how you should treat others food , Granted even if it's just fast food you should still have the decent courtesy to step back and look at you work and say would I eat this. People work hard and/or have busy schedules in their lives to were the're going to want something good and satisfying to put in the tank to make their mood a Lil bit more better than it was before. Read moreLet me start off by saying that I used to work at Burger King 👑 With that being said, I have never in my 6 years working in the food business ever heard a manager speak to a customer the way this older Hispanic general manager did. We always used to come here and I loved interacting with most of the staff until the other day. My girlfriend and I ordered our food with the manager in question and after maybe 3 minutes she yelled order (no number) and so I grabbed the receipt and walked over she told me everything is in the bag I got sauce and went home to find that she made all of the food except for my burger 😔. I called the store and the manager said oh no worries just bring your receipt back and we'll make you that burger right away. When I got there she came out from the back office and said do you have your receipt and I gave her the receipt that's when she likes squinting at it and said well we'll replace just the burger for you and I said that's okay. Moral of the story is all my food 15 min away was cold by the time I got back home as I expected but I'd at least like to be treated like a customer with some sort of decency.
