The people working at this establishment seem like they are stupid, and tonight, when my order came home did not help their case. Tonight, I had my husband go and get dinner for my family of 4, and half of the food ordered was wrong. We ordered a 5-piece chicken tender meal and received 5 small chicken nuggets. We ordered a 10-piece mini corn dog, and got 4 mini corn dogs at the bottom of the bag, not even in a packaging of their own. We ordered an original bacon burger with no tomatoes and got a burger without bacon and with tomato. We were not given a receipt either. I will be calling the store in the morning to speak to a manager because this is absolutely ridiculous. This was the second time going to this location, and the first time we were given the wrong order, with nothing we ordered inside the bag, and when we went back to have it corrected, the staff was rude and aggressive. The employees need to slow down, be kind and courteous, learn how to properly behave while working in a customer service job and make the right damn food for the right people....

Service was good. My Pot Pie was great, fresh tasting and I enjoyed it. My Husband ordered the Popcorn chicken meal with a chicken sandwich and fries with the corn. His corn was mixed with OLD and NEWER corn. He asked for a FRESH order and was told they were out and it would take 7-9 mins to get him more. He replaced that with Mac-n-chese. He didnt like the texture or taste. His Popcorn chicken was Over cooked and dried out. It bounced off the tabletop when he showed me how hard they were. He says he "WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN" He was saying how great KFC Used to be but his money will NEVER see this place again. Too bad because we used to really enjoy KFC. Maybe it was just this location but for now it will be a VERY long time before he will try it again. He wasn't feeling very good on our trip back to Boise....

We were staying at a nearby hotel, and upon approaching The store, am employee inside sweeping Thefloor opened the door and greeted us. It's said that first impressions are everything. What an impression that made in us!

The store was roomy and clean. The woman at the counter was not only friendly but was happy, like she enjoyed her job! She asked if we'd tried the new Cheeto sandwich - we'd never even heard of it - and said she enjoyed it.

Our food was quickly out to us, it was hot, and the chicken was as juicy and tender as it appears in the television commercials! My son and I couldn't believe it!

The staff at this KFC is on the ball. If we lived in Ontario, this would be one of our regular go-to...
