If I could give no stars I would because the service was horrible. I get off work from ANOTHER JACK IN THE BOX 'mind you, and get home to my girlfriend who is feeling unwell. Like a great provider I asked her what did she need and want. She asked if we could go to Jack's for breakfast. I happily drive to the closest Jack's and to my dismay find it closed. My girlfriend being a little discouraged was reminded by me that we can check Google. So spending a little time trying to find one we find this location. Around 6 in the morning Friday February 11th we "ring the bell" to order. There was no friendly greeting just straight to the point. " what do you want? " a young ladies voice barks out the speaker box. We place an order for a meatlovers burrito except for one complication. My girl likes the hashbrown inside and doesn't want the sausage. So I asked the lady to place this order. I understand being in a rush or washing your hands and putting gloves on to follow food safety guidelines that Jack's is very strick on is hard to do while taking orders so I clarify the lady can take her time. I would rather have a slower and friendliness all around then a rushed and rude experience. Hoping this is the case because I explain the order and do not see it on the screen. The young woman yelling back that she substituted the hashbrown in with the sausage, but when I looked on the screen the indication wasnt there. Just a full charge for a hashbrown. Understanding that I'm getting horrible customer service and my girlfriend simple requests being clearly and blatantly denied I try and calm her down. I told my girlfriend I don't mind paying full price. As long as food safety guidelines are followed and the order is correct. I've been new and didn't understand the system even though I was properly trained and watched the videos. It takes a while for someone who is new to get with the program. The order was continued with my adding in a loaded breakfast and that was it. I get to the door and the young African American woman is NOT wearing a mask. Had no gloves on and opened the door to take card. Didn't even repeat the order. I turned to my gf because she asked me a quick question and before I could hand the card to the young woman she slammed the sliding doors in my face. I have never seen such a sad and miserable person work at a fast food "customer service" profession in my life. She gave us nothing but attitude and when I asked to speak to the manager she laughed and said " idk how long it'll take so you can wait " I understand having a bad day, but that level of disrespect and that kind of behavior was so uncalled for. I honestly wrote this review in hoping that the people that live with this young African American woman can take pity on her. Read moreI’m not usually the type to complain or leave bad reviews, but honestly, this place has terrible customer service. We went inside to order, and instead of taking our order, the lady at the counter just looked at us and pointed to the kiosk. We decided to leave and go through the drive-thru instead since we wanted to order in person, not through a machine.
After ordering, they had us wait about 5 minutes for our food. There were already two cars ahead of us parked and waiting for their orders too. When we finally got our food and drove off, we realized one of our burritos was missing, and our jumbo platter was supposed to have two sausages but only came with one.
There were about four employees inside, and it really makes you wonder what they’re doing. The man who ordered before us was still waiting when we went back to complain. It’s frustrating to pay for food and not get everything you ordered. Whoever manages this location really needs to talk to the staff about checking orders before handing them out. My son had received a confirmed interview schedule, both today and the prior Saturday. However, on both occasions, he was informed that the manager was not available. This inconsistency and lack of professionalism have left us disheartened and frustrated.
