Very unsatisfied with this place, I have always used girdles never had an issue I would always walk in let the sales person know what I was looking for and would always get what I asked. Not here! Went in explained exactly what I was looking for I was in a hurry so I trusted I had what I asked for when I open my girdle it's a long girdle below the knee, I specifically let the sales person know I wear midi skirts for work so you can obviously see the girdle below the knee, I spoke to salesperson who advised me she would have to order from the warehouse and would get it within 2 days I called a week later since she didn't have the courtesy to call me and was told they didn't have it yet! I waited longer and I had to call again since they don't have the courtesy to call you and was told they were ready I sent a friend to pick them up and again was not what I asked for! I called to exchange again since these girlies avreage over $100 I would expect them to gladly exchange for what I am looking for and salesperson said no she san only exchange once I asked to speak to owner and have yet to hear from her! I have never owned a faja columbiana and decided to check them out at the Chino location. Rosanna is such a sweetheart, very educated on all the merchandise and very good at guessing what sizes fit. I walked out with a comfortable faja, 2 of their well supported bras and a workout vest!
